I ordered extra rice and extra cheese. When I came back to home and opened it. There is not any cheese and just a little rice inside. This store food size is only half of others. This is ridiculous, I spend $20 and still hungry.

Super mid as far as Chipotle goes. Chipotle is one of my go to places for a great meal at any given time. Altogether a very bland tasting bowl. chicken was chewy, lettuce too wet so much so that it made my bowl soggy as soon as i got it & the portions were tiny. Will never visit this location again.

Chipotle has gone seriously downhill in the last 6 years or so. The food quality is trash, the prices are astronomical, and the service is not what it used to be. The young man making our food didn't even look at us or seem to be listening as he prepped our order. All in all an abysmal experience. RIP Chipotle.

I added half steak and half chicken for protein and fresh tomato salsa and roasted chili-corn salsa for top things off.

We eat here often, and about 1/3 of my takeout orders from this location have errors, e.g. missing tortillas, missing chips, incorrect sides, etc. Please double check the orders.
Solid location with fair portions and efficient employees. However most of the sodas taste weird except for pibb

How could your employees provide any good hygiene to the food when they cannot wash their hands after using the toilet?
I don’t like writing a review but this issue really bothers me. I went to this Chipotle and grabbed lunch with my husband today everything was fine until we finished our lunch. My husband wanted to wash his hands which I did as well. We both entered the restrooms and found out that both soap machines in both restrooms don’t work! Plus in the other restroom, the hand sanitizer was empty and the sink head was completely pointing to the left and impossible to use!
If I have a diarrhea later, I would never have to find out how and why. I also feel bad for my husband since he ordered a burrito 😭

You can NEVER talk to someone in the restaurant! If you say it’s an issue with food the recorded message takes you to the menu. Take out orders. It’s crazy.

Sometimes this location is hit or miss. If your lucky u get a competent highschooler making ur bowl and its done right. If your unlucky the rice is hard and the steak is chewy. Not stingy if u ask for extra scoops from my experience.

Mexican and Hispanic food has always been my favorite. This place has really outdone some restaurants like red lobster, and a few other competitors. They’ve got the perfectly tasted chipotle sauce that goes with well with any of their dishes, and it’s superb and unique in comparison to any other taco shop in town I’ve always recommend chipotle at least once or twice a month lately even though it’s Mexican it’s like the prices are too high for everything and it’s Mexican. I love it the most.
