I usually love Chipotle. But this location had undercooked, hard rice, over salted, undercooked meat, and small portions. This wouldn’t be bad except for the prices (Thanks, Irvine Company) Top it off with the overflowing trash. Go to the Spectrum location if you love Chipotle.

Ordered takeout for 2 chicken bowls since location was convenient. When I got back, I found out my bowl was half empty and the other bowl had a long piece of plastic wrapper inside. Taste was way worse than I remember as well. Extremely disappointed.

10 employees, and only 1 was making our order. The other 9 didn't even help set up the ingredients to make our bowls or burritos. I saw 3 employees roll out 1 garbage can.
Husband was in front of me and they used the last of the steak for his burrito. So for my steak bowl, the girl told me I had to “just choose another meat.” Adam offered me the option to wait a little bit for steak. That is great customer service which is rare. Thank you ADAM. Because of you, I will return and support this store.

We've been to this location four times in the past two months and it is our go to when we want our portions right and agua frescas flavorful the way they should be. It's very clean compared to a lot of chipotles we've been too, I just didn't see any seat covers in the bathroom which was odd. They had just finished mopping so idk if they were in the process of replacing things. The staff is friendly, there was a gentlemen who I assume was the manager because he went above and beyond when he saw me struggling to chose a flavored agua and gave me a free small cup to take home two flavors so I wouldn't have to choose. That right there is customer service and why I will keep returning. They don't scimp on the meat and you can bet that their aguas will taste delicious, not like the watered down ones at almost all the other locations. I have two other chipotles closer to me in Irvine, but I will still choose to come to this chipotle for their food, service, cleanliness, and aguas . Based off the reviews I feel like they must have taken the constructive criticism and worked on improving because it shows and is paying off. Oh, and thank you to the young woman who made my quesadilla dreams come true and whipped up the vinaigrette for me, I appreciate it.

This location gives so little bit of everything. Asked for chicken and they give like half of a scoop and when you ask for a little more, they charge you for double meat even though the amount of meat they gave is like normal single scoop at other locations. Disappointing when you are hungry.

When me and my friends went to go order two teenage girls were the worker the first one came up we order a kids build your own meal because we were not taht hungry they gave us so little amount we asked for no and they ignored us we asked to speak to another worker and they didn’t care and left while we were ordering food a dude saw this happen and came up to us and filled it like it was suppose to be that one teenage girl was the worst the man was nice but I don’t think I am coming to this location ever again

The food quality has gone so downhill. The carne asada was tough, chicken really really fatty, and the bell peppers/fajitas in our burritos were raw. Not even slightly grilled/cooked. What happened to chipotle???
