Food is always amazing, however the service at this location is terrible. Zero professionalism. Snarky remarks by two different members of staff when I simply asked for regular accommodations like a water cup or restroom. I had zero complaints the entire time I ate here however just common courtesy and kindness and overall manners is heavily lacking with the current staff. I’m not even being extreme this is just the facts. And please don’t reply to this with some auto generated thing like “oh we do apologize so much we hope you’ll reconsider la de dah” Point being you have an issue here. I’m not even saying i’m going to stop coming. Just train your staff to be better.

This is the closest del Taco to my house and they are always friendly but sometimes I don't get extra cheese when I pay for it.

Parking: Plenty of parking when their lot is over full there is still parking by the market

Clean restaurant, but the food taste off, it tastes like they never heat up their tortillas. The staff looks depressed to be there, and they ignore customers for awhile until they feel ready to take the order.

Frequently bad attitude from staff, not friendly when ordering. Often mischarging for Thursday taco special and giving wrong food. They charge for water cup here with your food purchase, my last straw. Avoid this location

I want to file a complaint with Mr. Omar, who claims to be the manager of the branch located at 4820 Barranca Pkwy, Irvine, CA 92604. I am a resident of the area (I live in the Woodbridge apartments). I am a customer, many times, and also a driver for Uber Eats and Doordash. About 5 minutes ago I arrived at the store, as often happens, and entered the Drive thru to pick up an order. I must clarify that I pick up orders from that store all the time, at all hours, morning, afternoon, night... On this occasion, I was in the line of cars for several minutes. When a voice answered, I reported the customer's name. And a gentleman (who would be Omar) told me that I had to pick up the delivery orders inside. I explained to him that I always removed them like this, for a long time, and that if there was any change he would have to let me know. He told me that they notified me in the app and that he did that delivery work too and he knew what it was like... I followed the Drive thru line and when I got to the window I asked to speak to the manager and he approached me. I explained to him again that I always went to the store (as a customer and also a driver) and I kindly asked him, out of courtesy and respect, to be so kind as to give me the order, since I had wasted a lot of time in line, following the path which I usually did. I explained to him that I was aware of the change and that in other places when they decide not to give orders over the counter, they announce that they have that policy but they do not change abruptly. He denied delivery of my order twice. As I saw that he was inflexible, I left the place. And due to the bad situation experienced with this man, I canceled the order. And now I don't think I have the desire to return as a client, where in charge there is a person so unpredisposed and friendly, who seems angry with his work. A shame.
