Domino's Pizza in Irvine

“It is disturbingly hot inside the store I felt bad for the workers. How is there no AC with all these hot pizzas? I went at 9:30pm at it was 90 degrees in there. This is one of the few dominos spots in the area so they’re super busy and hustling - not enough workstations for the amount of orders they get so definitely a slight extra 15-30 min delay per pizza. Otherwise I appreciate these folks, hope they get AC soon enough“

“See some of the prior ratings and seems sad. Made an error on my order as I did not check until I got home. At that time was not going to drive back and pick up correct pizza's and/or wait longer. The employee owned up to the error and we handled. Anyways since they move down to the end of the plazavthinking better flow for delivery and or pickup. Have been to the new location and is smaller but appears to be better for the customer. Service was professional with clean work area and taste was good. Thinking they have good team going forward to handle and service their customers.

At the end of the day. Took photo of Pizza and see why reviews are so poor. Got two Pizza's that were different then what ordered. Manager on duty did not approve any credit from staff member and no communication. On next visit manager told me to pay for new order and have to talk to manager in person. Huge lack of communication and sends message we only care about themselves and no customer service. This may be the reason for a rating of 3 overall from their customers. Would thank two different Pizza's from order afyer drive to pick up they would correct. Any feedback. Waste of my time and no empathy for the customer.“

“5 stars for the new girl from yesterday Evening wearing the darker colored uniform. She acknowledged me right away and assisted me. I come in often and normally the staff doesn’t acknowledge my presence and it takes a while to be helped. I hope my future experiences with this location are as pleasant as yesterday’s.“
