I have been coming here a few times per week for many years. I usually get the same thing. Today I went in and the woman behind the counter said the last time I was in my card did not go through and she said she would need to charge me twice. I don't recall anything not being approved so when I got to my car I checked my online banking and sure enough I was charged the last time I was there. I went in and started to show the woman but she began to argue with me and make excuses. No offer of a refund. Really poor CS and they just lost a long time customer over $5.

Consistently great food and service. I get sandwiches, bagels, donuts, and coffee all the time, and they never disappoint. @D. C. (Recent 1 start leaver): once the Uber driver picks up the order it's no longer donut stars responsibility. They did the right thing by not giving you a name because that violates privacy. Yes you were trying to do the commendable thing, but your issue is with Uber eats not donut star.

First off when we recieved the donut they are so fluffy as well as having a large variety of flavors. The service was great it was a nice young man that took our order. The establishment is pretty small, but it is very clean. Excellent donuts and cheap prices, would recommend.

A order by ubereats was dropped off I never ordered donuts. It was dropped off 9pm doorbell rang and I called this dump of a place. The guy that answered the phone didn't bothered to look up order. I wanted the person on the ticket name starts with a K last name is J.I wanted the ahole over phone to do his damn job and contact the buy. Place open 24/7 had the nerve to say call back tomorrow morning. WTF would I call back next day when we're on the phone now. I'm going to Disney in the damn morning. Then guy hangs up I was about to come up to that damn store until family member stopped me. Sucks the person never got their order I was trying to help a neighbor stranger out. Update donuts came back again 10pm new box. I chased down the ubereats guy to give him other box. Donut star never told uber eats the address for the buyer or vice versa. Terrible customer service

I bought two dozens of donuts this afternoon. It' nice and tasty but they are not good enough for gift. They don't even have a bag for boxes. It was a little disappointing point. That being said, their donuts are delicious. My daughter loves it.

Unfortunately I'd pass on buying from this donut shop. A few months ago I suspected I got food poisoning here. A few days ago we decided to try it again so we ordered on DoorDash, however when I took a bite of the glazed donut, I tasted either an onion flake or a garlic granule.There's something going on with cross-contamination here. Be weary :(

A lovely and quick local late night dessert option! A nice hidden away doughnut shop that had no line and quick service. The staff was kind and the price was very affordable. The doughnuts were scrumptious and very sweet. This small shop was perfect for a late night craving.Will definitely return again!

I'm not a huge fan if donuts but every bite of donut star is mouth watering. They make their own dough and bake fresh every morning! My favorite item is the bacon, egg, cheese croissant Always fresh! The team always looks friendly and happy which makes a huge difference in my food!THANK YOU! P.S. not every donut star is like this one! Don't mistake other locations for the Irvine location in alton square.
