I took a bite of the bread and found a hair—or something worse, given how oddly it was curled. Disgusting and unacceptable.
tasty bread but very rude cashier.
Very small shop with few options but the cashier is way too rude.

The food isn't that great? To be honest, there has been other Korean bakeries that make it better I'm parking as horrible, even for my. SUV I had to take up 2 spaces How small and inconvenient the parking is. And the bakery is very small like 20×40 feet 50 feet. Anywho, the bakery is okay? It's not that bad. The lady was on her phone when I wanna pick up the bread

Dont get the hype.not sure how this location stayed opened that long. This location is TINY . Not much selection . Its in a small older looking plaza . Parking gets packed quick with other restaurents around . Breads are more like sourdough not dessert . The breads are huge so its hard to take to work or do portion control . Unlike 85 they dont display the calories . I was beyond disappointed . Bread are extremely dry barely any stuffing or flavor . This is below average . While i love asian breads / sweets this isnt it . 85 is far morr superior to this . The 2 ladies inside were too busy chit chatting no hello no nothing just attitude .very unwelcoming came in bought some breads to try came out . Wouldnt go or try again. Unplesant service . They are quite pricey too around 4$ ish per bread ( although these bread r double the size of 85) . They are individually wrapped however one bread is too much for one person .

The bakery products are fresh and won't become flat overnight. Breads keep in good shape even on the third day.

The cashier, girl with glasses, playing her phone from we entered the store until we leaved. She is so rude while we asked question, she should not be cashier, she should stay home with her phone. Really want to know why the owner hire her. Don’t want to be there anymore

I love the baked goods here, they are SO soft and delicious. The size of their breads are HUGE compared to places like 85 degrees.

I chose no tip when I paid for bread because it's a store that goes togo, but on days when I don't receive the receipt, a 14% tip was calculated, please run the store honestly

I went to this plaza to get sunright. When I was about to drive off, a lady from the bakery shop approached me and told me that I didn't pay. I was like what? I didn't even go there. She said I was the lady who came in, and the credit card didn't go through. Again I said it wasn't me. She didn't even apologize to me and gave me a stare when I left.

This is a picture of the bread with banana filling...about 2 teaspoons of banana, that's all. I've been coming to Duke bakery about 5 years and each time the fillings are less and less. I'd pay the extra money to actually get the fillings, in case that's the issue. The customer service is hit or miss--some employees are very nice and others are extremely rude.
