The food is very overpriced and there is hardly any soup and meat. The bowl is half filled with soup compared with what they use to have this is outrageous. There are very few slices of beef and the eggs are flavorless. The white radish is cut in huge slices that are hard and crunchy. The only part of the meal they were generous with was the noodles. The meal looked rushed and was extremely overpriced.

I was looking for true hand-made noodles and finally found it! You can order using iPad provided by the restaurant or your phone which is total in sync with each other. Reasonable price and great taste. Good service and quick serving. Highly recommended and will come back again.

The restaurant is clean, spacious, and thoughtfully organized, with an open kitchen that invites diners to watch the rhythmic pull and slap of fresh noodles. We ordered the lamb skewers, chili-oil noodles, and a fermented rice soup with egg and milk. Overall, the cooking was confident and satisfying—the chili oil lent a fragrant heat that lingered pleasantly.
If there was one small letdown, it was the bok choy, served a touch too cool, likely because it had been pre-blanched in advance. The lamb skewers, while tender, lacked the smoky edge you’d expect from a charcoal grill. Still, service was brisk and attentive, and the meal came together with an easy sense of order. It’s the kind of place that rewards a quick but comforting lunch, and one you’ll likely find yourself returning to.

I hear this restaurant made their noodles in house and had good reviews so my daughter and I went to try for ourselves. Since it was our 1st time here, the waitress suggested we should try their Signature Lanzhou beef noodles, it include marinated cucumber salad and pig ears salad. The broth of Langzhou beef soup was very bland, no beef flavor or any other flavor. Love cucumber salad, it was very good, refreshing. The pig ear was ok. We also ordered braised pork combo. It was ok. We also ordered the stir fry pork with rice. The stir fry pork was spicy, meat was tender and tasty. Overall, the place is clean, has nice decor,
food was so so, reasonably price and good service.
This Chinese restaurant was terrible, we got the beef noodle soup spicy. It was terrible had no flavor in the soup. Noodles were hard as a rock, and the beef was terrible. This is one of the worst beef noodle soups I’ve ever had and also the chicken chow mein was terrible too. All their noodles are the same hard drippy noodles. Steam dumplings were OK. You’re better off going to panda express than this place.
Excellent!

Noodle Nest is an absolute gem for anyone who loves authentic Chinese flavors! I tried the beef noodle soup, sweet-and-sour pork, beef wrap, pork potstickers, and the four-flavored dumplings—and everything was fantastic.
The beef noodle soup had a rich, savory broth with perfectly tender beef and hand-pulled noodles that had just the right chew. The sweet-and-sour pork was crisp on the outside, juicy inside, and coated in a tangy sauce that wasn’t overly sweet. The beef wrap was a standout—flaky, chewy, and packed with flavor. Both the pork potstickers and the four-flavored dumplings were fresh, juicy, and clearly handmade, each with its own unique filling.
The atmosphere is clean, modern, and casual, making it a great spot for a relaxed meal while still feeling fresh and welcoming. Service was friendly and efficient, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend Noodle Nest if you’re in Irvine—this spot deserves a place on your foodie list!

I first discovered NoodleNest Irvine through an Instagram post by sibling duo @Brooke.and.Ben, and it looked so good I had to give it a try. So glad I did—we had such a great family dinner here! The fresh hand-pulled noodles were fantastic, the juicy soupy dumplings hit the spot, and the beef wrap was my favorite of the night. Honestly, I love that we can save time and money by coming here instead of waiting at Din Tai Fung—without sacrificing taste.
Another plus: it’s right in the same plaza as HMart, surrounded by amazing Asian bakeries and drink spots, so it’s super convenient. Definitely coming back soon!

Noodle Nest is a cozy, flavorful escape for anyone who loves a good noodle dish. The menu offers a great mix of Asian-inspired bowls, from rich ramen to savory stir-fried noodles—and every dish tastes like it’s made with care.
I had the spicy miso ramen and it hit all the right notes—perfect broth, fresh toppings, and just the right amount of heat. The portions are generous, the ingredients are fresh, and the flavors are bold without being overwhelming.
The space is clean and inviting, and the staff is warm and welcoming. Whether you’re dining in or grabbing takeout, Noodle Nest is a go-to spot for comfort food done right.

The food isnt very good. It lacks flavor.
The skewers were disappointing.
Even the water taste funny. However, the can coca-cola was good. Give it a go if you'd like but anything else is better.
