I love Dunkin coffee, but the service is awful, and the foreigners they have working there speak poor English and never get the orders correct. Today, once again, a simple cold brew was difficult to order because the young, rude, and little English speaking foreigner couldn't understand or be nice. I even asked why she was rude, and she laughed and said, "I didn't know what I was ordering." This is why I don't visit Dunkin or try not to visit the one in Irvine. I guess I shouldn't be surprised since it's Irvine. It's not worth the headache when there is better service and coffee elsewhere.

Are their donuts still delivered from the bakery down in Vista, CA they started using after laying off all their overnight bakers back in 2019? As I recall the invoice when they were delivered at 4am averaged around $0.25/donut. I assume the muffins, croissants and bagels are still made fresh by 5am? Is it still a PH&D franchise or did Dunkin force them to sell?

Every time I order something, they give me the wrong order. I tried not to write a bad review, but today they gave me moldy bread. The employees are absolutely rude. When they make a mistake, no one apologizes or says anything like that. ALL OF THEM are absolutely rude. They make people feel uncomfortable!! Please be RESPECTFUL to customers!!

I recently downloaded the app this year.. I loved the $3 dollar deals.. What happened to your $3 dollar drinks.? You had this deal since earlier this year? Sparkle Berry Burst was my favorite..I rarley tryed ,"Dunkin Donuts.." I was willing to give them a try.. When you drive by during the mornings during the weekdays seems busy through the drive through..Across the street from," IVC.." A good location.. Otherwise seems kinda quite during none peak hrs.. How do you keep up the business during none peek hrs? I think that is why they are not urgently hiring at this location.. Thank to this kind worker and Dunkin Donuts took care of my favorite,"Sparkle Berry Burst drink.." I mentioned about my good deal for months with app.. Mentioned wasn't sure what happened...
