I visited a Dunkin’ on July 20, 2025, and had a disappointing experience. A young female staff member was quite rude and refused to put my order in a proper bag for takeout , Another staff member eventually helped me with respect. I am quite frustrated by this and suggest that the management pay closer attention to hiring more courteous and experienced staff to ensure customer satisfaction and protect the business’s reputation.

June 2025- Service in this location (Jeffrey rd Irvine) is horrible. This has to be the worst drive thru experience I've ever had! My iced latte came so messy caramel sauce n coffee dripping all over while handing it over the car that it spilled everywhere. No greetings no thank you no sorry absolute nothing my afternoon latte from Dunkin NO THANKS

I love Dunkin coffee, but the service is awful, and the foreigners they have working there speak poor English and never get the orders correct. Today, once again, a simple cold brew was difficult to order because the young, rude, and little English speaking foreigner couldn't understand or be nice. I even asked why she was rude, and she laughed and said, "I didn't know what I was ordering." This is why I don't visit Dunkin or try not to visit the one in Irvine. I guess I shouldn't be surprised since it's Irvine. It's not worth the headache when there is better service and coffee elsewhere.

Are their donuts still delivered from the bakery down in Vista, CA they started using after laying off all their overnight bakers back in 2019? As I recall the invoice when they were delivered at 4am averaged around $0.25/donut. I assume the muffins, croissants and bagels are still made fresh by 5am? Is it still a PH&D franchise or did Dunkin force them to sell?
This is a third time I ordered coffee from this location drive-through and got my coffee cold.

Every time I order something, they give me the wrong order. I tried not to write a bad review, but today they gave me moldy bread. The employees are absolutely rude. When they make a mistake, no one apologizes or says anything like that. ALL OF THEM are absolutely rude. They make people feel uncomfortable!! Please be RESPECTFUL to customers!!
