I ordered a pizza here yesterday and when I arrived to pick it up it I was told it got burned lol. Luckily they made me a fresh one and even upgraded my pizza from a large to an XL. Thanks guys. Stuff like that always makes a customer feel valued. Hope this location never closes. And keep up the good work. First Class Pizza, is the pizza for you and me! :3

I ordered ahead, 45 minutes later I show up to the place, and they say it'll only be a few minutes... took well over an hour and a half to get 2 pizzas that I ordered ahead online for. Terrible. And Way over priced. I used to like it here but it's really gone downhill, this place sucks... at least on a Friday.

Best pizza around. Not a dine in place but pickup and delivery. All the ingredients are fresh you can tell. But it's the cheese and crust that sets this place apart from the rest.

I had this restaurant around a week ago and ordered the Veggie and BBQ Chicken pizzas and they were quite good. From this order, I enjoyed the Veggie pizza more, however both of them were pretty good. The service was good as well as the pizzas were prepared generally quickly and were large in quantity. I could not judge the atmosphere as I got the pizzas delivered, the experience was comforting enough to enjoy the food I ordered.

Part of a large shopping center with plenty of parking. In the same building as Cava and Chipotle. Casual atmosphere with a lot of communal seating. TVs all around. Order at the register and they bring your order to you. Fast and friendly service. I got a mini "comeback" pizza (4 slices and enough for an adult unless you're starving) and a large beer (25 oz). Everything was great, but insane that an individual pizza and beer runs you $30 these days - Feb 2024!

I actually come here at least twice a month. My GF likes pizza what can I say. But i must admit, the pizza here is really good, i travel a lot for work, and i always loved the pizzas in both New York City, São Paulo Brazil and Chicago. But upon returning to California I always felt let down by the pizza here. I have found a few pretty good pizza spots and this is one of them along with Sonny's in San Clemente. My GF usually get her own combo of toppings , pepperoni, meatballs olives and onions. I prefer their white pizza. This place allows you to split the pizza, so we usually each get our own half, although recently she has been invading my white pizza side! I have never tried the thin crust, but i may in the future, their regular crust however is pretty good. They also make a pretty good chicken wing, although they see, pricey for just a few wings. All in all though, good pizza spot, I do actually come here fairly often, lots of parking, and they also do a good job of getting orders correct and out on time. Would definitely recommend
Clean fresh flavors and ingredients, perfect fluff and crunch, good toppings to bread ratio, commercial worthy cheese pull, and the most aesthetically pleasing pizza I've ever had. This was my first time and I need to come back to see if this perfect pizza was a glorious one off or the standard.

Service and food was really good. Pizza is amazing and flavorful! I accidentally ordered the wrong pizza online. I didn't realize until the pizza was already made. I told them about my mistake and they remade it for me! That's what I call good customer service. I will definitely come back.

Seriously first class. I was skeptical when I ordered my large peperoni pizza since the price was a little higher than I expected, but it seriously is one of the best pieces of pizza I've ever had. There is just enough cheese, the toppings are generously spread, the crust is deliciously soft and crunchy with just a hint of sweetness, and the service is impeccable with the pizza being freshly baked and out of the oven right on time. Would absolutely recommend this place!!

We always had great tasting pizza here, great quality toppings, lots of it, and perfect dough. I'm not a pizza person but if someone says let's have pizza I always recommend First Class. They're always nice & smiling. They have a nice outdoor patio. Plus they serve beer, the only place in this plaza that does after closing both The Counter Burger & Fish District!
