Excellent! Fantastic service. I've gone to other Brazilian Steak places which had mediocre service but Galpao Gaucho's service was outstanding.

The selection of items at the buffet were terrific and much better than others I've been to.

I was surprised at how big the dessert was (photo) and it was delicious.

Definitely going back.

Great place. We came for my husband's birthday. Everyone is super friendly and service is great and fast. Food was so delicious. Meats was consistent, I've been to other places and by the time they would get to my table they ran out I was able to try every single me I wanted twice. I can't say it enough this was a really great place to go to with the family.

This place was so bad and not recommend it at all. For the price you pay the service you get is unacceptable.
We chose this restaurant to celebrate a friend's birthday and there were only five of us. After about an hour and half, the staff started pressuring us to hurry up and leave. We had finished eating and we asked to take the plates so they know we won't eat anymore, but we were still ordering drinks. They even took away our drinks before we had finished them, and our birthday girl hadn't even had her cake we had brought for her yet.
After repeatedly making us feel uncomfortable about staying, several staff members and managers were standing around our table, watching and clearly waiting for us to leave. Feeling rushed and unwelcome, I finally asked them to bring out the birthday cake. At that point, they didn't even offer us the opportunity to order coffee or tea with dessert.
If it had been a busy weekend night with people waiting for tables, I could have understood the situation. But this was a Monday night, and roughly two-thirds of the restaurant was empty. Basically they just want you to eat and leave. The way we were rushed out was completely unnecessary and left a very negative impression. Unfortunately, what should have been a special birthday celebration was overshadowed by poor service and a lack of hospitality.

This was my first time visiting Galpão Gaucho, and I came with my aunt and my newborn baby. The service was truly excellent. The staff thoughtfully arranged a window-side table for us so we could comfortably park the stroller without blocking the servers who were bringing food around.
The steaks were very fresh. One of my favorites was the golden picanha, sliced thin right in front of us and grilled on a charred wood block over charcoal. The flavor was amazing.
There was also a wide selection of salads and cold dishes, along with several hot food stations, so there was plenty to choose from.
Overall, the service was outstanding. Every staff member we encountered was kind and smiling. You can really feel that the company culture here is built on warmth, hospitality, and mutual respect.
We will definitely come back again. This is truly a five-star restaurant. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Been wanting to come here for awhile. Came for my husband birthday. Highly recommend, service was great, easy to understand. Come with an empty stomach, the portion of different kinds of meat. Lots of choices with the salad bar. The building is very exquisite. Definitely will bring others back. Next time have to try the bar and desserts.
