This was my first time visiting Galpão Gaucho, and I came with my aunt and my newborn baby. The service was truly excellent. The staff thoughtfully arranged a window-side table for us so we could comfortably park the stroller without blocking the servers who were bringing food around.
The steaks were very fresh. One of my favorites was the golden picanha, sliced thin right in front of us and grilled on a charred wood block over charcoal. The flavor was amazing.
There was also a wide selection of salads and cold dishes, along with several hot food stations, so there was plenty to choose from.
Overall, the service was outstanding. Every staff member we encountered was kind and smiling. You can really feel that the company culture here is built on warmth, hospitality, and mutual respect.
We will definitely come back again. This is truly a five-star restaurant. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
If you want, I can also give you a shorter “Google Maps style” review version (about 4–5 sentences) that often gets more likes and visibility.

Gio and his team are great. More food before I could even finish what I already had and the entire service team couldn’t have done better

Been wanting to come here for awhile. Came for my husband birthday. Highly recommend, service was great, easy to understand. Come with an empty stomach, the portion of different kinds of meat. Lots of choices with the salad bar. The building is very exquisite. Definitely will bring others back. Next time have to try the bar and desserts.

When you get there early like when they open for lunch, servers are standing by and some stand next to your tables only because they want to serve you! But overall, great food a huge salad bar ally’s hot dishes black beans, rice farofa (only Brazilian will know this one!) and of course; pão de queijo (also Brazilian will know infamous cheese bread)

Phenomenal service from Flavio and our waiter Gio. Honestly the entire staff, too. Everyone was eager to make sure we were taken care of and kept our plates full

If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would. Usually go to fogo, got burnt out seems like they kind of stopped caring. Came here to switch it up. Salad bar has more options, they swarm you with great meats. Instantly got ribeye and fillet and all of their best cuts while fogo holds those until the end. The shrimp was amazing. And on top of that… best service we can ever remember having. Every server from start to finish was more than attentive. Very very impressed

I understand that Valentine’s Day is a hectic time for restaurants, but there should still be a better system in place for seating guests, especially those with reservations.
When we arrived, there were already many people waiting. Instead of calling guests by name, they were calling out “party of 2,” which makes no sense because that could apply to multiple groups. It felt like a random guessing game rather than an organized system. We waited 25 minutes despite having a reservation, and it honestly seemed like they only prioritized guests who were visibly upset.
Once we were seated, we were given the wrong menu and spent about 10 minutes looking at it before realizing it wasn’t correct. No one checked on us or assisted us during that time.
I will say that the gauchos were great, they were attentive and did their job well. However, our actual servers barely helped us and never checked back with us the entire night. We had to call someone over, and I even had to approach (I believe) a manager just to ask for our check.
Unfortunately, the food was also disappointing. Most of the meats were tough, and the cheese bread, which I usually love, was bland and lacked flavor.
Nothing about this experience made it worth coming back. I really wanted to love this place because I used to enjoy Agora, but the change in name and ownership has been a big letdown.
I hope they improve their seating system, especially on busy days like Valentine's. It would make more sense to limit walk-ins and prioritize reservations so the experience is less stressful for both staff and guests.

As Asian guests, we felt uniquely accommodated in the most compact section of the restaurant, despite the generous availability of other seating.
The restaurant makes excellent use of space. We were carefully positioned in a tightly packed corner, which ensured maximum efficiency while many other tables remained open.
This place is just next level. The meat is delicious, also don't forget to try the pineapple. Shout out to Patricia and Isabel, I want to be seated in their section every time
