I always shop there, and sometimes I also go to Zion Mart. It's good, but the products aren't as diverse as Zion Mart. So 4 points. Originally it was 5 points.

Came here early morning to buy fish. Most likely the first customer of the day as they were still setting up. Gentleman helping me got inpatient showing me the fish's eyes that were buried in ice. Did a total of 3 and decided to walk away mid interaction to the back room, totally ignoring my request. I was so confused as no one else was manning the counter. Waited a little and another man appeared and helped. First guy reappeared with boxes of fish so I called him out and asked why he walked away. All of a sudden a manager appeared, providing the excuse that he only spoke Spanish... which definitely wasn't the problem. If it is.. then why is he there providing customer service..

We always have a great experience here! So many options to choose from, we especially love the marinated bulgogi and crash kimchi. We never leave without gimbap. You can spend forever and still not see everything.

Clean, well stocked and bright. Pleasant supermarket to shop for Asian ingredients. However, not the lowest price and the Food Court food is overpriced and very low quality and taste. Skip the Food Court and go to Chipotle across.

Incredible shopping experience in Irvine at this market. The produce section is spectacular and the rest of the store has an unbelievable selection! This is going to be my new supermarket of choice.
This H mart is one of the new ones offering well organized and clean shopping experience. My reason for 3 stars: I bought some blue crab claws that were on sale and I should have known better. It was driest (meat texture almost like protein powder), most freezer burned , previously cooked crab I ever tasted. I would not have taken them for free. It's unfortunate they decided to sell these subpar products and bring down the ratings for all the good things about the market. Their sashimi was great.

This place is a low class grocery store with premium prices and very low quality products like fruits. The customer service is ZERO. The management are rude, useless to ask the for help and the most prejudiced customer service by the whole management of this place. It is quite obvious that the people working here can be really prejudiced people.
