Haidilao Hot Pot was a very great place for dinner. The service was very quick, employees were patient and respectful. Our server Jacob asked to reopen their kitchen just to make us some dessert even though it was after hours. He also gave us a complimentary food option in case they weren't able to make the dessert for us. The service is unbelievably nice. I would come again for dinner.
The experience here is awesome, you can try some traditional Chinese hotpot and the staff here are all very friendly and professional. There’s some shows to help you enjoy your meal.
The food was fresh and delicious, with a great variety of meats, seafood, vegetables, and sauces to choose from. The broth was rich and flavorful, and everything tasted amazing!

Had a great dining experience at Haidilao. The service was outstanding from the moment we arrived — very attentive, friendly, and thoughtful. The hot pot ingredients were fresh and high quality, and the soup bases were flavorful and consistent as always. Even during the wait, they offered snacks and drinks, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and well taken care of. Definitely a place I’d come back to for both the food and the service.
