Its been about 2 years since I went here and now they have so much more amazing dishes on their menu. I tried their new arrival dishes such as their bulgogi fries which were crispy with delicious meat. Would have wished for a different type of cheese, but not mad about it! Their stir fried udon was al dente, which I loved and their korean fried chicken had a nice crunch. The service was fantastic and had a dim interior which is great for a late night group gathering.

I came here for late night dinner & had such a delicious meal. I got draft Sapporo beer which was cheaper during happy hr. I also ate so much : chapagetti, bulgogi fries , tongdak fried chicken, kimchi jeongol soup, and jumok seaweed rice tuna balls. I highly recommend their foods & drinks because it kinda feels like you’re in Korea!!

Came here with a group of friends as part of an Instagram collaboration. We ordered the squid & pork bulgogi (new menu item!), Hanshin Dakbal (spicy stir-fried chicken feet), cheese chicken BBQ, Yangnyeom chicken, corn cheese, and the Kakao Friends juice (mango)

My fave was the cheese chicken BBQ! The chicken was tender and flavorful, and tasted so good with the melted cheese! I also enjoyed the Yangnyeom chicken - the sweet and spicy sauce was super tasty! The squid bulgogi was surprisingly tender, but I thought this dish was a little too saucy and salty. I couldn’t eat the Hanshin Dakbal because it was too spicy, but my friends seemed to enjoy that one! The corn cheese was solid, but it was a small dish. Overall a solid place for authentic Korean street food! The vibes are cute and are good for groups!

Great place to go with a small group of friends. 4 of us ordered 6 different meals to share across the table plus a couple of soju, and everything was great. Total including tips and taxes came to around 220 bucks. The place does get packed and loud.

Is it possible to find comfort in an Irvine k-bar aka pocha ?

Who am I? A mom, who finally gained the freedom from kids who don’t scream or want mommy all day. I can go out now with my other free single friends and free moms who literally just wanna eat really good comforting Asian food, have sips of something tingly and eat in a way I don’t have to serve someone else except for myself.

Rosé Toppoki hits the spot, that whole fried chicken they break apart tableside was crispy with a hint of lemon, enjoying fried dumplings on sizzling platter of corn cheese and slurping without judge boiling pot of ramen tofu beef stew while burning my tongue and lastly making somek to drink everything down.

Love the ambiance because you can be locked into your own group, be kinda loud and sing along to kpop music playing throughout the restaurant and stay up till midnight.

Service is 100% just because they have the call button! Love that service button.

Combo B was great- the chicken and fries were cooked perfectly, and also the pork and cheese combo was tasty too. $5 Sapporo pint during happy hour. Awesome place, and they play kpop and jpop hits. Will be back :)

I believe this is a restaurant run by Koreans. The young waitstaff all speak Korean, and the food is authentic. The key point is that the shops in this mall usually close at 9:00 PM, but they dare to stay open until 1:00 AM, and they are often fully booked. I greatly admire their wisdom and courage, highly recommend it.

this is the perfect late-night spot to grab some good food with friends. open every day until midnight (1am on weekends)!!

they have all your classic korean gastropub eats. i've been to their RH location and for the most part i think the menu is the same, minus a few different items?

portions here are HUGE, definitely meant to share with the entire party.

chicken feet - this was actually my first time trying chicken feet and i'm SO glad i tried it here bc the flavor was amazing! they cooked it soo well - the texture was incredibly gelatinous and super soft to bite into.

chicken mozzarella cheese fondue - i've gotten the pork before. both are really good. must get item!!

egg soup (geran tang) - not to be mixed up with steamed egg. this is similar but just more "soupy"

kimchi fried rice - surrounded with mozzarella cheese. would have been the cherry on top with a fried egg!

overall, all good eats!!

service/ambiance: there’s a call button if you ever need anything. more of a gastropub vibe - think dim lights + loud music.

plenty of parking spaces in the plaza.

I came here on a Friday around 5pm and got seted right away. We order Combo D which came with gyeran-mari, gochu-maneul chicken, and kimchi jeongol for $67. In addition to that, we also order the spicy chicken feet and mango makgeolli.

Everything was amazing and our favorite were the gyeran-mari and gochu-maneul chicken. The gyeran-mari was so soft with melted cheese on top and the fried chicken sauce was delicious (not really spicy, it's more of a soy sauce flavor).
The spicy chicken feet was my favorite when I got it the first time I came to Hanshin Pocha.

However, this time it was way too spicy even for my friends who can eat spicy foods, seems like they're inconsistent with the sauce.

The price is a bit on the pricier side for some menu items.
