Excellent location, service, treats, and drinks. An absolute dream and lovely time spent with my mother and daughter. We all dressed up cute and spend three generation time together. I was genuinely impressed with how tasty and adorable everything was!

Popular spot. A lengthy line.
Cute accessories.
Hard to get reservations but it's worth the wait. Very cute and the pre-fix tea

Beautiful and super cute cafe that focuses on aesthetic. The drinks and desserts are really great too. The apple pie was very delicious, not too sweet and great texture. The decorations are cute and perfect for photos. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

I love hello-kitty, and that’s why it brings me to this experience.
The food was not the main point that we are here, so I forgive it if they are not somehow tasty. The atmosphere was great. I would say it is a one time experience for all Hello-kitty fans.

I am a lifelong Sanrio fan, and coming here was more for nostalgia than a culinary expectation. Was here in the evening and grabbed a box of 5 macarons for almost $20 with tax. The holiday packaging was really cute, but the macarons were not worth the ~$4 a piece, I think. The flavours were raspberry, passionfruit, vanilla, pistachio, and chocolate. They were on the sweeter side as well.
I did not try the tea as it was late, but I am sure it would be a great experience for my childhood memories.

Cute cafe. On the expensive side but worth trying. There's an inside tea room that needs reservation.

Took my daughter since she wanted to check out the place and she loved the atmosphere. For the pop up café side.
I have yet to book a reservation to eat inside the restaurant.

It’s cute, but I was expecting for there to be more variety in lattes. They only had a vanilla latte, lavender or strawberry. I don’t know I was expecting more. I came because hello Kitty theme was cute, but I also expected more of a variety of lattes that I can choose from.
Both of my daughters are huge Hello Kitty fans, so I brought them here to experience the Hello Kitty Afternoon Tea ☕️🎀.The set follows a classic British afternoon tea sequence, starting with savory bites and gradually moving into sweet treats. From the savory items to the desserts, everything tasted amazing—my girls couldn’t stop talking about how good it was. It’s not just adorable in appearance, but truly delicious, which made the experience even more special. If you haven’t tried the Hello Kitty Afternoon Tea yet, I highly recommend it.Absolutely delightful and so worth it!

My wife requested to go here and check it out during our Disneyland Vacation. Small shop with a decent menu of merch and food for HelloKitty lovers. Service was really good. My wife hyped this place WAY MORE.
