This is a super cute café and it wasn’t too busy today when I went. I ended up ordering the Matcha latte with oat milk and lavender and it definitely tasted extremely watered down or not fresh. Overall, it is super cute and definitely worth the visit.

This was our first time at the Hello Kitty Cafe, and we were excited to celebrate a birthday as long-time fans of Hello Kitty. Unfortunately, the experience fell short of our expectations.
We arrived early for our reservation and asked if we could be seated sooner. Surprisingly, a group without a reservation was seated before us in a better location, While we tried to stay positive, it left us confused about how the seating process works.
The real letdown was the service. The bartender attending to us seemed visibly irritated whenever we asked questions about the menu. She even mumbled to her coworkers and rolled her eyes at one point. I could imagine if we were being unruly or difficult customers, but I don’t think asking simple questions about the menu warrants that kind of attitude.
As someone whose profession requires me to be personable no matter what is happening in my life, it’s shocking that your staff can’t represent the atmosphere and charm of the Hello Kitty brand. We understand everyone has bad days, but it’s disappointing when personal frustrations overshadow a guest’s experience, especially for a special occasion like a birthday.
We don’t drink alcohol and didn’t mind the drink minimums, but we would have appreciated more non-alcoholic options. It felt strange that I had to order an alcoholic drink or a mocktail before I could order a latte, especially since I would’ve been happy to pay the price of an alcoholic drink for a non-alcoholic option.
Overall, it wasn’t the magical Hello Kitty birthday experience we were hoping for.
Hoping this feed back will help with improvements.

Extremely adorable! The food in the front is okay but going in the cafe it was pretty good. The cocktails were pretty and delicious. It was hard to get a reservation so be mindful of that. Friendly service and even the restroom is cute! We dressed up and took endless photos! Great memories made!

I am absolutely appalled by the disgraceful customer service I received. To think I drove two and a half hours just to be treated so poorly is beyond infuriating. I accidentally left my ID at the hotel, not realizing I needed it for entry despite the fact that I don’t even drink alcohol. Yet, they still denied me access with zero compassion or consideration.
But here’s the kicker: Even after I drove all the way back to the hotel to retrieve my ID and returned, the service was even worse. The woman at the door was even more rude and dismissive. To make matters worse, she wasn’t even asking everyone else for their ID just me. It was clear there were plenty of open seats at the bar but they still refused to let us in, despite the fact that we simply wanted to pop in for a moment.
I pride myself on delivering exceptional customer service in my own work, and I genuinely believe in treating people with kindness and respect. But apparently, in today’s world, it’s perfectly acceptable to be met with rudeness and blatant disrespect.When I politely asked for their names to leave an honest review, they laughed in my face mocking me as if my experience didn’t matter. To make it worse, they started making up fake names just to be petty.
I refuse to let this go. I will be calling every single day until I speak with a corporate manager. No one should ever be made to feel the way I did when supporting a business. This kind of dismissive, unprofessional, and potentially discriminatory behavior is unacceptable.
⚠️ If you value being treated with respect, do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone.

The food was underwhelming, and for what was provided, the cost should have been no more than $25 per person. Additionally, I was unaware that gratuity was automatically included. While I appreciate the great service, I wouldn’t choose this venue again based on the value for the price.
