I love coming here for their meet & greets. Their character of the month treats are cute and I like coming back here for them.

It's Hello Kitty cute in here! This spot inside the Irvine Spectrum, this Hello Kitty-themed speakeasy is an adorable hidden gem!!! The bow-filled decor is playful and insta-perfect, making it a must-visit for HK/Sanrio fans. The interior is cozy yet cutesy. Cocktails are priced between $18 to $22, which is pretty reasonable for the experience. Each drink is thoughtfully crafted and often comes with a cute Hello Kitty twist. Whether you're here for the drinks or the vibes, it's definitely worth checking out! :) be sure to make a resy before hand~

Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this place. Each person has to order at least one item from the special menu, but around 90% of that menu is alcoholic drinks. Everything is way overpriced for what you get.
You’re only allowed to stay 1 hour and 15 minutes, but they take forever to bring your order, so by the time everything arrives, you barely get to enjoy it.
The place itself is tiny, and our table was wobbly you couldn’t even lean on it a little. The decoration is cute, but honestly not as “Hello Kitty” as you’d expect for such a themed café.
We ordered our first (mandatory) drink, and while we were still waiting, the waitress kept pressuring us to choose a second one. Then she added her own tip without even asking.
To top it off, my fiancé tried to buy me a Hello Kitty water tumbler, but they gave us the wrong item a regular cup instead.
Overall, it was a disappointing experience. The service wasn’t great, the place feels rushed, and it just doesn’t live up to the hype. There are much better spots to go for cute café vibes in California.

Super cute and delicious!
We didn't visit the tea room, just got madeleines to take away! They were so yummy and great value for money! You get eight in the box and they are individually wrapped, so they stay fresh and yummy for a little longer than some of the other cakes would have. We were stuck between a few things for what to get and the staff were so kind and gave us their own opinions to help us choose! The madeleines were the right choice!

I love HK. But man let me tell you how disappointing this place is. I was expecting it to be like someone threw up HK. Decorations everywhere. Everything HK. Everywhere you look you saw HK. Or that there would be a gift store full of HK things you can buy. NOPE. Walls were plain. Boring. The lunch was pretty cool. Again not impressive for the amount I spent

It's a nice place when they have the meet and greets. The food and drinks can be better but I don't go for that. Fun to meet the characters and I love to take my daughter. They are organized and in a nice place.

I walked in around 8pm they were making fresh mini donuts 🍩. There was no line to order. I didn't order anything but did walk in to look at the place and take pictures.
Super cute cafe and a must if you're a Sanrio/Hello Kitty fan! We only ordered at the counter and we did not visit the Tea room. I had a iced strawberry pink latte which was good (but a bit too sweet for my liking, but I usually have unsweetened coffees) and served in a themed cup and with a cute Hello Kitty bow coffee art. We also had the donuts with cookie crumbles. They were made fresh and really good! There was a bit of a wait time to order and get our order. They have a few tables outside, but it was quite busy - and we were lucky to grab one. It's a cute concept and it is fun to try it out, but the seating options could have been better cause you want to enjoy the food and not just have it on the go!

This was such a nice treat for me and my daughter. She loves hello kitty. She order a drink with coffee and didn't know that if was loaded with caffeine. She kindly asked the kittyista to remake it for something else and they were gladly to help us out . Definitely will be back to make a private reservation.

The workers are extremely sweet and the place is cute but imagine the most bland, below average cake and cookies from the cheapest grocery store you know, ya that was this.

Everything is very nice, a nice experience for just one time, there is no food, only desserts, the only thing that depends on the food is cucumber and a bread with a very thin line of chicken salad, hot or cold tea and it's all, 65.00 each total for 2. 163.48.

I brought my 2 daughters here and they had so much fun. They are a fan of Sanrio characters, mostly hello kitty. I'm so happy watching them giggles to every hello kitty ornaments and products inside the store. Great staffs. They like the pastries too.
