I did take out. I like that they have an online ordering option. I ordered mapo tofu, egg drop soup and braised pork. The seasoning wasn’t too strong overall, which suited my family well. The price was great, and we enjoyed the meal

This is the second time we have visited this restaurant. The first time was in August this year. We thought the food was good and the service was okay, just like the service quality in ordinary Chinese restaurants.
I visited again in December this year, and there were only 4 people in total. I felt that the service this time was very poor - when we arrived at the restaurant, because there were no seats, we told the waiter that we were willing to wait. There is a registration book in front of the door, but no pen. We also reported it to the store clerk, but the store clerk said that there is no need to write it in the booklet and that we will be given a seat later. As a result, our seats were given to those who came after us. The clerk ignored me. The store was full of people anyway, so it didn’t matter if there were four of us. ! !
This kind of service was really unacceptable, so we walked to the restaurant opposite.

Came here with our 3 months old baby and a toddler. My wife walked into the restaurant holding our baby and our toddler hoping to wait in a corner while I waited outside under the hot sun in the line. A very rude and unkind server shouted at my wife and threw her out the door and insisted that nobody should be inside until she gave us a table. Terrible customer service experience. She ought to lose her job.

Today, I took my daughter to this restaurant for lunch. How can such a person exist in the service industry? The woman at the front desk acted as if everyone owed her millions, with a long face and a terrible attitude. She refused to serve the customers, verbally abused them viciously, and even smashed dishes on purpose to make loud noises and intimidate them. I will never visit this restaurant again, and I hope everyone takes care and stays safe.

solid Shanghaiese food but service is very bad, in particular the supervisor lady, very rude. But they won't care because people line up to eat there or get takeout. What a shame ?, you will not see me lining up there again. All reviews are either 5 or 1, you get the picture.

Wow. Wow. Wow. This is our new favorite Chinese place BY FAR. The food was so exquisitely prepared & so quickly, and the kind-hearted people at the cashier spot were so thoughtful, we will go here over and over!
We got take-out but the happy faces of the rest of the customers and their delicious looking dishes was clear evidence that this place is fantastic! There was a line when we went to pick up our food, but they seated people quite quickly.
