So, waffle Absolutely flaky and delicious. Chicken very good, my family asked me when I took the food to the car.., "Hey, Where are all the sauces ?! ". They said that that's the best part, we weren't given any sauces or offered any ! The condiment area is not exactly at that location it's in an island, like available the other and for other restaurants as well there. But I still didn't see any sauces. And I just expected everything to be in the bag. I heard that the hot sauce is delicious according to my family so I'm kind of disappointed. And it took a while for the order to come out. Then when it came out they never let us now. So customer service wasn't the greatest in my opinion.

Broooo you ever had food so good it make you wanna cry?? This is the opposite; the chicken was so bad it made me wanna cry. I got a deluxe fried chicken but the fried was nonexistent. Chicken tasted very low quality and had no crunch in it at all. Very disappointed since it was my first meal and I want to combust in tears. Saving grace was the sprite that resetted my tastebuds from the chicken sandwich. The buns and everything else was good though.

Here's an alternative offer, keep the money and use it to make better food. According to other people's reviews, not just mine, I'm not the only one who had a less than mediocre experience eating here.Read what we all wrote, our reviews are similar, then actually make the changes. Otherwise what's the point of even staying open?

I love me a good Chicken sandwich and saw this place at the mall. I waited for it to be made fresh but they never asked if I wanted to make it a combo for only a $1 more. I saw the sign afterwards and it pissed me off. The sandwich itself was ok but nothing to write home about. The chicken looked pretty strange to me. Don't think it was worth $9.69 though. Not bad but won't be back. On to the next one!

I ordered the Korean fried chicken, 3 piece tenders and waffle fries with a free mac and cheese. The chicken has no flavor at all, the waffle fries were good though. Mac and cheese was floury. Never again.

The food was okay, but an employee was a bit rude to stop my family's talk during ordering. We ordered two different kinds of chicken sandwiches but when the food was ready to be picked up, she didn't tell or note which was which. Everyrhing was in identical box separately. She also gave these multiple boxes for to go orders as they were without providing a holding bag, which didn't consider the customer.

The good: the tots are deliciousBut, the chicken, really not good at all. Chewy, bad quality meat. Really expected better from a higher end market.

This restaurant has a place where you can watch as they make the food. I watched the man making my food and I was impressed. He was making 3 sandwiches at once and all of them turned out beautifully. I genuinely felt like I was watching an art form of some sort, it was so impressive and timely. I also noticed that all the food was freshly fried and I paid attention as he seasoned the fries and put everything together. The waffle fries are incredible, they're crunchy, seasoned well and fried to the perfect amount. This is a wonderful place to eat after a long day at the mall and I definitely recommend it:)

Not bad chicken sandwiches. But this location also give out free samples because it's like a good court

Please do not get the Nashville Hot Chicken sando here. It's not a Nashville Hot Chicken sando. The seasoning and sweetness are so off and there's no creamy sauce in the sando. I've tried some amazing Nashville style chicken sandos (Howlin Rays in LA and Hotboys in Oakland). This was merely a spicy fried chicken sando that begged for an aioli sauce.I also got the tots and thought they would come with a special sauce. They weren't as tasty as a McDonalds hashbrown and desperately needed the ketchup to taste better. The fried chicken was juicy but needed the seasoning, spice-level, sweet chili, and sauce to work. The bread too could've been sweeter.

Brianna was great recommending food here for us. Friendly staff, great service and food was cooked fresh for us. Portion size was good too, I’m stuffed to the be with chicken and carbs (tater tots)
