I love me a good Chicken sandwich and saw this place at the mall. I waited for it to be made fresh but they never asked if I wanted to make it a combo for only a $1 more. I saw the sign afterwards and it pissed me off. The sandwich itself was ok but nothing to write home about. The chicken looked pretty strange to me. Don't think it was worth $9.69 though. Not bad but won't be back. On to the next one!
The food was okay, but an employee was a bit rude to stop my family's talk during ordering. We ordered two different kinds of chicken sandwiches but when the food was ready to be picked up, she didn't tell or note which was which. Everyrhing was in identical box separately. She also gave these multiple boxes for to go orders as they were without providing a holding bag, which didn't consider the customer.

So, waffle Absolutely flaky and delicious. Chicken very good, my family asked me when I took the food to the car.., "Hey, Where are all the sauces ?! ". They said that that's the best part, we weren't given any sauces or offered any !
