As an Italian I always look to find authentic Italian food. We tried 2 pastas and 2 desserts. Tagliatelle with Bolognese was as good as my mom's and the Black Ravioli with Scallops and Chive (we added Butter and Sage sauce) was an awesome surprise. Tiramisu was also delicious and homemade as well. It is a fast food concept but the quality is as good as an high end Italian restaurant.
