Customers feel like they are eating steak because the restaurant does not leave the meat frozen, has a refrigerated patty, and then serves it to customers on time. It doesn't feel like eating sliced and ground meat. The potatoes also don't feel warm because they are ordered raw persimmons and fried on the spot. Excellent burgers but terrible fries. However, price has gone up so much past two years that now, there are other options for similar quality at similar price range, such as Habit Burger and mom & pop burger joints. Still better than overpriced and overrated Shake Shake and Five Guys. Expect to pay 50% more at Shake Shake and 100% more for Five Guys. Ridiculous.
