service and ambiance was great but i found the food lacking all around. essentially, $12-15 for 5 small handmade dumplings that completely lack flavor. I did enjoy the volcano/spicy Jiaozi but in the house soup dumplings were actually NOT good - they did not taste fresh and it seemed like none of the food had any salt. the best dish in my opinion was spicy fried chicken HOWEVER the dish was about $18 and there may have been a single diced up chicken thigh in the entire dish, if that.. the portion was laughable. my party of 4 spent $130 and were still hungry.

Clean atmosphere with authentic dumplings. Service was great! Ordered the veggie dumpling, pan fried shrimp and scallops and spicy chicken dumplings. They were all incredible.
The teas were great too but a little sweet and sugary for my pallet.
Rice cakes were delicious for dessert but next time I’m going to ask for the sweet (colored) sauces on the side.
Definitely coming back and have already recommended it to friends. Really happy to have such a great dumpling house in the neighborhood 🥟🥟

First, the reason for an overall 4 stars. They were out of pork and scallop dumplings. Understandable but a bummer that cannot do a comparison to Din Tai Fung. Ended up ordering the shrimp fried rice, kurobuta beef dumplings, shrimp dumplings, and shrimp pan fried dumplings. And they do not disappoint. All are very flavorful. Broth inside the pan fried dumplings? Thats new. In a very good way. But the show stealer is their house sauce! Lined up along the soy sauce, chili oil, and vinegar. A sweet, tangy, vinegary taste that complement with the dumplings. Add a dash of chili oil for another level of flavor. In short, this place is not better than din tai fung, its a great alternative that offers a delish pan fried dumplings. YUMMM!

If you're looking for good dumplings, try out JA Jiaozi. The food is delicious and quick to come to the table. #4 and #9 are my two go-to right now. The Thai iced tea is balanced nicely.

This restaurant is truly authentic, and every dish we’ve tried has been delicious. We especially love the steamed jiaozi, Xiao Long Bao, and the crispy shrimp. We recently tried the stir-fried pork with pancakes — it was fantastic! Highly recommended!

We were on a family vacation and wanted to have a nice lunch. The food on their website looked good, so we decided to give it a try. Overall, the order portions were small. An order of dumplings comes with 5 pieces. Since there were 7 of us, so we had to order 2 of each dumpling item. We also ordered the bone marrow, chicken chow mein, green beans, crispy shrimp, and honey pepper Angus beef. Everything was very good. Average price per item ranges between $9 - $20. The total bill for 5 adults and 2 children with tip was $355. Overall, it was a good experience, and we definitely did not leave hungry.

Had an assortment of dumplings and they were all incredible. I particularly loved the sampler with different skins — the pumpkin being my favorite!

We had the galaxy teas (passion fruit and lychee) and they were incredible!!

Service was great and the place was clean. I absolutely loved that you can see them making the dumplings. How fun!
