Pan-fried Shrimp Jiaozi, Steamed Shrimp Jiaozi and Black Pepper Shrimp Bonito Frakes Fried Rice with spicy oil are really good.

JA Jiaozi Authentic is truly a gem. From the moment you step inside, the atmosphere feels welcoming and full of life. You can see the chefs working behind the glass as they fold each dumpling with such focus and precision. It gives you a real sense of how much pride goes into every plate they serve.
The food is outstanding. The dumplings taste fresh and comforting, with fillings that are full of flavor and made with real ingredients. There is no MSG, no artificial coloring, and no preservatives. Just honest food that reminds you how good simple things can be when they are made with care. The boiled jiaozi and the Xiao Long Bao are especially memorable. Each one feels like a small moment of joy.
The service is warm and thoughtful. The staff makes you feel like you are being welcomed into their own kitchen. They are knowledgeable about the menu and always ready to help with recommendations.
The space is perfect for both families and friends, and it has a feeling of togetherness that makes every visit enjoyable. It is the kind of place you return to not only for the food but also for the sense of comfort it brings.

Incredible food. The plum pork belly and green beans were unbelievably delicious. Dumplings were hot and juicy, crispy, and so flavorful. It's the best I've had in over a decade. The staff were lovely and helpful as well.

We’ve dined here multiple times, with friends and family. Ordered for delivery as well countless times, good food with great service and dumplings being made in sight inside the restaurant. Green beans with xo sauce, the beef skewers and the spicy dumplings on top of the braised pork belly and shrimp friend rice with bonito flakes are my go to. These pictures sums up with my favorite orders. Pretty good portion for the buck!

This is my favorite dumpling place in Irvine! I always order the stir-fried green beans and the crispy shrimp, and they never disappoint. The restaurant is clean and the food is delicious. It’s also fun to watch them making the dumplings right in front of you.

Jiaozi simply means dumplings, and the dumplings here solid and on point. I'm not even a fan of XLBs and I really like the ones here. The shrimp dumplings are my favorite! What I love about JA is that their portions are small (5 dumplings per basket) so you can order more varieties to try. The okra is really tasty too.

Absolutely the best dumplings around. We had the #6, 7, 14, 15, 31 and 34.
The flaming hot jiaozi (#15) and the spicy boneless chicken (#34) we're listed as being spicy, but they were not overly spicy. The flavor of the chilis was right on the money. You could taste the flavor without all the burning heat. We completely recommend coming here!

Always love dropping by JA Jiaozi when in the Tustin Marketplace area. I love my dumplings and this has some of the best in Orange County. I love the atmosphere watching the dumpling masters doing their thing in the visible kitchen and the staff are always fast, efficient with friendly personalities.
