We stopped here for lunch on a Saturday and really enjoyed the different flavors.The sangria was amazing, the chips and salsa were deliciously spiced and the carnitas were to die for, My husband got the salmon burrito (never heard of such a thing) and it was incredible!The service on the patio was great, and the atmosphere was really fun, even on a rainy afternoon. We really liked our server and had a lovely time.
Looking for a great Happy Hour? Look no further! Taco Rosa not only has weekday happy hour but also an all-day of 'happy' on Tuesdays! Wonderful, tasty tacos and margaritas every time! Atmosphere is usually great, unless it is just before closing (like most anywhere else). Love this restaurant and the Newport Beach location as well! Hope you will too, if you haven't tried this place yet!

Mediocre. Gave my parents a gift card with only $13 left on it. They ate here and said the food and service was ok. Then, they went to pay with the gift card and the server came back and told them they have to use it at the location where it was purchased. Well, who knows where that is. The manager should have come to the table and spoke with them directly. This could have been handled in a much more friendly manner.
