I like this Jersey Mike's. I miss your really great manager Ashley. The thing that concerns me is the Shore Point system. Your place doesn't honor specials from corporate. JULY is double point month. Yesterday we bought a giant I was told I had to make internet contact to solve the shore point issue. Not good!!! It is not resolved.

Ya know. It's amazing what a little kindness can do for a person. Or how an unasked-for, unexpected courtesy can really affect someone in a meaningful way. Even when it seems small or unimportant, it could still have a profound impact.
