I ordered from DoorDash, but the food was delayed by 50 minutes. So I called the restaurant to ask for the reason of the delay, and the staff said something completely irrelevant and was really rude.

I want always want a Tofu House with 3 things. Good Tofu soup, abundant Bandhan, and cold beer. Kaju always provides. No tricks, just delicious food.

The food was terrible and even worse was the servant's service.
The stinky food looked like a fermented one, and we talked about the smell, but the servant looked just ignored us because we ordered it; ordered octopus beef soup and kalbi set - the taste was terrible too.
The servant almost shouted at us when we ask about the side dishes. This is the worst restaurant ever!
I would give 0 star if possible.

good value for the price. food is great
The servers and the people who are working here are all very rude and very dismissive. How can you even work in a service and hospitality industry if you guys are not helpful and hospitable? Extremely disappointed

Ordered in for pickup at a little before 9pm. Google says they're open until 10, Yelp says 9, they say 9:30.
Other than that, I used to go to this location A LOT. Haven't been in a while, so I thought I'd order something. I always got the Kimchi Pork Soft Tofu and the pork was bits of pork belly. Name didn't change to my knowledge. Got home and saw that I got bits of ham instead. Ham is pork, sure, but I feel like they should have changed the name or description or something. I also feel like majority of people wouldn't expect ham when they order pork. Only got three sides, which is even less than in person (which has been getting less and less too). Korean Tofu is SO expensive now, plus the expected tips. I'd like to get what I ordered at the very least.
Personally, I won't be going here ever again. It's unfortunate since it's basically part of my childhood.

I will start with the good: the food tasted okay. Other than that, I have nothing good to say about my experience here. I didn’t expect much from this location so I walked into this Kaju location thinking I was headed in for a nice meal with mediocre service and a slightly overpriced bill, but somehow it still managed to let me down. When we sat down, they brought us all the side dishes and water as normal except for the fact that there were so no cups brought to us for 10 mins and we had to ask for them. This later happened again with the egg that is supposed to come w the soft tofu we ordered, but this wasn’t my biggest gripe with this location. The lady who served us was so rude and condescending when we had a simple question. We had one lady tell us the bibimbap didn’t come with rice (????) and when we asked the other she had the worst attitude ever and looked at us as if we were stupid. Now I have no problem paying for a good meal, and $30 for a bibimbap and soft tofu would’ve been alright had it not been for the fact that the portions were actually TINY. When they brought the food out there was this moment when I thought I was at a Michelin restaurant and they were serving me a tasting menu. I just can’t justify the price to meal ratio I got served because it was just ridiculous. Also, by the “no rice” comment they meant no rice for the soft tofu, which is just confusing to me because rice must be one of the CHEAPEST ingredients to buy and I must imagine they are not lacking for the money to give us one measly bowl of rice. The best part is they don’t even sell individual bowls of rice so we had to split the rice in the bibimbap. This would’ve been okay had there been MORE THAN TWO BITES OF FOOD IN OUR BOWLS. Overall, horrible experience with rude servers who didn’t drop by one time and portions that belong on a kids menu. Do not recommend, save yourself the hassle and just go to the Culver location.

I use to go here all the time and loved it. They have always been generous with sides and the tofu was delicious. The last time i went, I had the absolute worste food poisoning of my life. I dont know if it was from the egg they gave me not fully getting cooked or if it was bacteria in the soup. whatever it was it made me never come back here again. Just not worth the risk.

Kaju Soft Tufu offers an authentic and satisfying Korean soft tofu stew (sundubu-jjigae) experience with rich, flavorful broth, silky tofu, and fresh ingredients like seafood, beef, or vegetables. The well-balanced spice level and generous portion sizes make it a comforting and hearty meal. The complimentary side dishes, including perfectly fermented kimchi and crisp pickled radish, enhance the dining experience. With a cozy atmosphere and attentive service, this restaurant is a great spot for anyone craving a warm and delicious bowl of sundubu-jjigae. Highly recommended!

Recently, I had the pleasure of dining at here, and it was one of the most satisfying meals I’ve had in a long time. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the warm ambiance and attentive service.
The menu offered a great variety of dishes, but I decided to try Soft tofu soup and Korean bone in Galbi and pan-fried fish, which turned out to be absolutely delicious. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the ingredients tasted incredibly fresh. The portion size was generous, making it a great value for the price.
Overall, Kaju Soft exceeded my expectations in every way. If you’re looking for a place with amazing food, great service, I highly recommend checking it out. I will definitely be returning soon!
