The menu is not intuitive if you don’t speak Chinese. There are not descriptions of anything.
We ordered popcorn chicken (no spice) and it came with spice and was actually incredibly spicy. We also ordered two popcorn chicken and rice. These had no way to indicate spice level, but were not spicy. It comes with boiled cabbage, a dish kind of like succotash, and a seaweed soup. Overall, this was good. The seaweed soup is an acquired taste - it will be too briny for some. The succotash was odd too.
The spicy dumplings were good, but be advised they have Chinese numbing spice.

Parking: This parking lot is small, and at peak time is very difficult to navigate. It is broken up into a lot of sections, and people drive every which way through it. There is also a lot of short term parking spots that aren’t clearly marked

The food here is tasty but the menu/ordering process was tough to comprehend for a first time visitor.
We got the pork chop rice + bento, combo A, tofu & preserved egg, popcorn chicken, and fried fish cake.
-Pork chop rice - The pork chop was fried nicely. Meat was tender but just slightly under seasoned. -The seaweed soup was good and reminds me of home. The rice with meat sauce complimented the meal well.
-Combo A - Pork ears, beef, and tofu. The garlic sauce was flavorful. The pork ears were tender. It and the tofu was great. The beef was okay. Not bad but just okay.
-Tofu with preserved eggs were so good. There was only one egg cut in half. I wish the portion was large but regardless, it was delicious.
Popcorn chicken was so spicy even with it being mild. It has good basil flavors but just a tad spicy. I will get not spicy next time.
-Fried fish cakes were tender and with a lite dust of tasty seasoning.

I ordered the pork chop with rice. I also got the peanut dish with my Yelp check-in. The pork chop was delicious. It came with the rice on the side along with miso soup. I would definitely get this again. Pass on the peanuts. I got them free with Yelp check-in and didn't finish them. Service was good. They only accept credit cards, no cash. Parking might be tight during peak hours.

They make stinky tofu, so, if you aren’t used to those smells, you may have a hard time. Some people love the food. Some people don’t. I liked it, but my family didn’t. I’m still giving it five stars as I liked it.

We ordered bentos to San Diego during the pandemic and always loved their pork chop. Since we are in the area this weekend so we decided to come in person. No regret! Food is great and service is good. Will come again the next time in the area.
