krisp is literally walking distance between my house and office, and I would come here 3–4x a week and grab drinks for the office until my last visit. I mistakenly ordered one drink to the wrong location, and instead of them offering a regular like me to just make me a new one, they told me to go to the other location, which was 21 minutes away due to peak hour traffic. Sure, they didn’t have an obligation to make me a drink, but they also lost my business. I switched my orders...

Amazing spot but all gets ruined by the system they have. You order a coffee online but they don’t start it until you come in and sign your name?! It then takes 10mins minimum from there - making the ordering online a waste of time. Great coffee but sadly not practical
