Service is friendly and quick:) Thai tea was delicious, definitely less is more with the sugar! We got 30% and it was perfect! you get a pretty large drink that is perfect to share, my fiancé and I split one:) the ambiance per say isn't much to note but this is mainly because this little tea spot is located in a food mall. They do have lots of pictures of the drinks which makes ordering much easier. Will note parking can be pretty frustrating at this location. Very limited spots...read full review
I like this spot. The boba is reasonably priced, usually not super busy. Boba is delicious and their menu is vast. Take it to go or enjoy it there with outdoor seating. Sometimes parking can be tricky because the lot is small.

Presotea is probably my favorite boba spot in Irvine. I get the ceylon black milk tea with 80% sweetness and no toppings. It's the perfect amount of sweetness (not overbearing and not too little) but if you don't love sweetness, I would go down to 50%. It's located in a shop area with lots of stalls so there's also lots of food to choose from and lots of seating!
