This is not a real KK, it's inside a Whole Foods. They may be open till 10pm, although they do not make donuts till 10pm, if they run out at 830 O'well. And for this reason I'm out,, and. will not shop this location.

Tasty donuts and wonderful customer service! I brought some guests from Italy into this location because they wanted to try the best American donuts. Bayan was very kind and friendly to us and and she helped us choose a dozen donuts of assorted types and customer favorites. The KK donuts are always awesome and the great customer service made my mission to have my Italian colleagues experience KK donuts successful.

Wish I could give 0 stars. I attempted to order a large order of 15 dozen donuts on March 5 on their online ordering. It kept giving me an error message and wouldn’t go through. I tried this on multiple devices. I tried calling and no answer. I finally decided to order with a different company. They charged me the next day twice for this order totaling almost $700. I spoke with them and asked them to refund as I didn’t get the donuts and the employee said their system was having an issue and to call the Orange location because they couldn’t refund because they are too small of a store. Orange and Irvine sent me back and forth for over a month with no resolution just saying “Oh I have to call the other store”. Meanwhile I’m down $700 with nothing to show. Really poor customer service and at this point, will probably have to go to take them through the legal system. Horrible horrible service. Never order from this company.

You guys have now sent me 1 free dozen donuts coupon which is a joke for stealing $700 from me. I am not able to get ahold of anyone but the store who refuses to take accountability for it since corporate only has a PO Box listed.
Good service. The staff were really nice and patient with my order. Even though we encountered a few problems, the staff tried to help the best she could and we managed to solve it quickly. Overall this was a pleasant experience.

This place is a scam you come for a deal there they have a lot, but they said we’re sold out and then they don’t give you or like the way they behave. They should know the customer service I drove from 10 miles and they said we don’t have.

Kristi Kreme is doing a collaboration with Hershey’s. My daughter wanted to try it, so we found this Krispy Kreme inside the Amazon Fresh store. The service was excellent and the new Hershey donuts are delicious!

This is a store inside Amazon Fresh. Apparently, there is only one employee, so when they go on break, you can't get a donut. Disappointing, we won't be back. It's not worth the risk of making the trip to find out we may have to stand around for 15 minutes.
