Disappointing First Visit – Likely Won’t Return
I tried this restaurant for the first time but left feeling quite disappointed. There were two main issues:
Sushi Rice Fell Apart Easily – The rice was so loose that the sushi pieces fell apart when I tried to pick them up with chopsticks. It was nearly impossible to eat a whole piece without it crumbling. As an Asian person, I’m very familiar with using chopsticks, so I know it wasn’t a handling issue.
Unhygienic Practice – I saw one of the sushi chefs answer a phone call while working, then continue making sushi without changing gloves or washing hands. This was very off-putting and made me question the overall food safety standards.
On a positive note, the server was friendly and attentive, which was the only highlight. Unfortunately, the food quality and hygiene concerns outweigh the good service. I don’t think I’ll be coming back.
Can’t go wrong with basic sushi in a laid back atmosphere. Tempura is always fresh. It gets crowded on weekends so book early!
Absolutely horrid sushi. Do not go here. Overpriced garbage.
To your reply. Absolutely not. You guys fundamentally know nothing about quality or cleanliness standards.
Additionally, the soy sauce that you use is garbage with no offering of low sodium. Ownership should be embarrassed to be called a sushi restaurant.
iPad sucks, change it
Unique experience worth a visit. Tons of sushi options and you can special order specific dishes. Attentive staff and reasonable price.
Terrible waitlist system
Our waitress Darnie was awesome. She felt like a friend you have known forever. She was helpful, quick and very attentive. The sushi was pretty good and it was fun to just order what you wanted on the menu screen. Nice and quick if you don't have a long lunch break. Once you order it was made and delivered on the top belt, then the bottom belt had sushi that is freshly made already so you just grab what you want. Nice to see it first instead of just a menu description. Next the plates when you're done, go in a slot at the table and it adds up your cost as you go. The whole thing was fun and tasty. Thank you Darnie for the good experience. Watch out for those robot waiters they might run ya over. ?
The variety of sushi was reduced and I didn't really like it. Service was as good as before

Outrageously mid sushi and they still expect you to tip after that. Loud, sterile lighting. The appeal really is just the conveyor belt so it really feels like you're going to a dejected theme park. I would not eat here again. Staff was great. Hope they are paid well.

Quality sushi and great service. The waiting staff is fast and caring. It's worth every penny. Recommend getting their app for coupons and saving your place in line.

Good revolving sushi restaurant. Nothing spectacular but you get good basic sushi, rolls and hot food at fairly reasonable reasonable prices
Kid-friendliness: Toys come out when enough empty plates are deposited.
