Dry noodles is where it's at. The shrimp broth is too seafood-y for me. The chicken broth on the other hand was really good. Super rich. Almost tonkatsu-like. But still, stick with the dry noodles and add a bunch of the chili oil. The cod + dry noodles was excellent.
We wanted to try something different since we usually go for pho whenever we’re craving soup. This time, we came here and ordered the shrimp wonton soup. It had a subtle, rich “shrimpy” flavor that’s hard to put into words, but it was absolutely delicious!
