I took my daughter to eat here yesterday and the manager was so rude that when I finished ordering my young daughter told me he was rude which he was. What made us feel worse he was really nice to the people after us, I figure made he was racist or maybe he hates woman. Also the food took 30 mins to come and the people after us got their food before us. Won’t be coming back which is annoying because the food is good.

Raúl and Co are super friendly and provide superb customer service! Food was exceptional (as usual) and served in a timely manner. Once our food was served, Raul checked in to make sure all was well! Highly recommend visiting this location!!!

I've been there three times, Friday about 8 pm. Each time, I ordered the kebab plate with an extra kebab. Feb 7 Steak and chicken. Great flavor, but the steak was tough, and the chicken was a little dry. The rice and the mediterranean salad were excellent. Feb 21 Gyro and beef koobideh. Food took over half an hour. I get that it was friday at 8 pm, but the place wasn't full. I watched it come up in the expo window, and the girl working the counter pulled it out, did something with it, and put it back. It sat there for at least ten minutes. This time, the salad was hot. The gyro and koobideh were good, but I could tell they would have been excellent if they hadn't been sitting in the window for so long. Mar 7 I ordered the same as the second. I got my food in 18 minutes, but the order was wrong. She gave me chicken instead of gyro. I decided I would give the chicken one more shot, but it was even drier than the first time. I got the manager's attention after setting the chicken aside, and he brought me a serving of the gyro. The food was very good that time, but I don't know if i'm going to be back. $27 is a high price for counter service like this.
I find it wildly inappropriate to be prompting customers to tip 15-20% for counter service, especially when it is this bad. It's an insult to everyone in the service industry who knows how to wait a station or tend bar.

Food was tasty but Raul truly made this experience. He was warm, welcoming, and helpful. He was constantly anticipating needs before even asked, such as needing a to go container, telling me where the trash was when I was walking the wrong way, and doing this all while multitasking helping other customers. He was very much appreciated.

Raul made the experience incredible from the first steps walking into Luna Grill until I was finished. Food is amazing, service even better. Definitely an asset to the company. He checked in to ensure I enjoyed everything and he had a great attitude and demeanor the whole time. Thank you!
