Based on the name, I was expecting a French pastry shop, but it's a little almost pop up looking place inside of an Asian grocery store. It's basically just a waffle with some flavored whipped cream on top and some fruit or flavored syrup, definitely underwhelming, especially for anyone who has tasted real French pastry. So if you're coming here for that, (like I was) you will likely be disappointed. if you just want to taste something sweet and different, it's not bad.

Came here on October 1st (my bad for leaving this review so late ) My friend and I tried the strawberry croffle and blueberry croffle - BOTH WERE DELICIOUS!!!! sweet but not overly sweet. soo yummy.Am definitely going back when I'm craving croffles! :D or to try out their other stuff, their other menu items looked so good too!Also the woman helping us out was very kind, friendly, and helpful!! 10/10 for delicious dessert and stellar service!! Thank you!!

I got the tiramisu, chocolate, and strawberry croffle! It's located inside the H-Mart at DJ/ Diamond Jamboree in Irvine! Service was great and fast -the croffles were freshly made in under 10 minutes and decorated with care. They were delicious and the cream was perfect. The strawberry one was my favorite because you can't go wrong with its simplicity, but the others were delicious too!

Madison De Croissant is located in the H Mart in Diamond Jamboree. The service was great and we were able to get 3 fresh croffle (croissant + waffles) within 8 minutes of orderingz the croffles were divine. Just smelling them while we waited was agonizing. The texture is more on the waffle side, with hints of the croissant flavor. The creme is very smooth and not too sweet, which was a concern at first. It's in the H Mart food court so there is plenty of seating around. We took ours home and even with the 20 min drive they were still absolutely delicious! There's plenty of other pastries available and we cannot wait to come back for more!

Happened to be in the area and we found this gem. My favorite thing we tried was the waffle croissant with fresh whipped cream and strawberries. It was lite and sweet. I could've eaten two of those. My son tried the one with chocolate whipped cream and Oreos and he said it was also good, not too rich. I didn't enjoy the blueberry whipped cream, the flavor felt fake. I ended up scrapping it off. The line was long when we got there but the lady working was efficient and we got our sweets quickly. As a plus, you can do some grocery shopping at market when you're done with your lovely dessert.

Parking: Easy parking at the Hmart plaza. Near/In diamond jamboree, the actual store is inside Hmart. Super skeptical about the reviews, even the displays looked too good to be true. Got the strawberry cream croffle. This is my favourite dessert now and I would definitely just drive down to OC (hour drive w/o traffic) just to get this. I also got a white peach iced tea that also won all the points. Super refreshing so the combo was a flavour explosion in my mouth without being overwhelming in terms of sugar. I couldn't have been happier. The croffle was just the right amount of texture without overpowering the strawberry. I'm not sure if the cream is made in house but the way it melted over the croffle was just perfect.It does take some time for them to make, look around Hmart after you place an order, it takes around 5 minutes. Eat it warm and eat it there or in your car. The worker told us it would get soggy if we stored it for too long. Ugh so delicious.

The owner is so spunky and knowledgeable!!!! She's so cute. She sells croissants, bread, macaroons, drinks, coffee and special drinks. The specialty is the croffle (croissant and waffle combination) made in-house: you must try!!! It's located inside H-Mart in the Diamond Jamboree plaza. Parking is a little difficult, but the croffles are worth it (plus: H Mart has awesome Korean food to shop for and buy!) Pricing is on point, but for me, the cherry on the top was the owner. She is SO warm and kind, and I love supporting 1. small businesses and 2. women-owned businesses. Definitely pop in and grab something sweet or carb-y! Yummmm ◡̈
