Made to go park in the fire lane with 3 other cars and wait 10 minutes to get my food which was missing items. Not sure the point of the drive thru if they’re just going to make everyone go park. No way management doesn’t know what’s happening.

Dear McDonald’s, If you are going to tell a drive thru customer to go wait on the left side instead of handing them their food in the drive-thru line, at least apologize when you finally come over and hand them their food or a simple “thank you for waiting or thank you for your patience” could have gone a long way when it comes to customer service. The person is in the drive thru line because they are choosing not to come and order inside for whatever reason. I understand maybe the food may not have been ready but at least let the customer know if that’s the reason. The lack of communication and the customer service when I finally received my food after waiting for 10 minutes pulled over to the side was unprofessional.

It’s fine but it’s really dirty so I don’t recommend going if your looking for somewhere thats clean and will get your food to you fast. Also, the ice cream machine is always broken.
Definitely not what it used to be!!! Nothing is. Good memories of what McD their happy meals used to be way better and real toys a lot bigger than present time

Ordered with a kiosk in the restaurant. What we ordered. 2 happy meals 6 piece chicken nugget and a cheeseburger. 2 double cheese 2 6 piece chicken nugget
Had issues ordering in the kiosk and harder to ask anyone for help. All tables are so dirty and sticky. Restrooms need to be restocked and cleaned. I’m not sure when was the last time someone cleaned anything. The food is good but really not worth it.
Play area. There shouldn’t be any food or drink in the play area. To avoid sticky and nasty situations. If the tables and restrooms are terrible…just think about the play area.

The manager even parked his car between two parking spaces. Poor service attitude. Food is not fresh. Some staff even imitate Korean speaking. Never come back again.
