I recently tried this place, and the taste was phenomenal – truly a delightful treat for the taste buds. However, I deducted one star due to the steep prices. I actually wasn’t going to buy anything because of the pricing but they had samples - and the samples got me!! While the glass jar adds a nice touch, I believe they should consider offering a more affordable option, perhaps in plastic containers, for those looking to enjoy the delicious yogurt without the added cost of the jar. That aside, I’d come back and buy again because it was super delicious.

If you're a fan of coconut desserts, this is the place for you! The dessert is a coconut pudding with flavors. They come in super cute glass jars and little bags. Cutely decorated in shades of pink and a spacious place to enjoy your dessert. They give out a free sample for new customers. Love their selection of flavors. Their mango is my fave but I haven't tried all their flavors yet. They even have a new vegan flavor. Love that they have a collection bin for empty glass jars. Their customer service is amazing. Staff are so friendly and patient!

Came during the ToT collabStore handled it well and was a great timeLong line but that was to be expectedFood was delicious! Will come back again to try the durian and strawberry flavorI didnt see the osmanthus flavor at this location but I hope they bring it hereLoved red bean, matcha, and mangoSad I didn't end up liking the oreo flavor, which I normally love... I think it just might be a personal preference of not liking coconut with oreoParking: Plenty of spots, but I came during a very busy time so I assume the parking lot has a lot more space then what I experienced

Melo Melo Coconut Dessert in Irvine, CA If you love coconut, you MUST come try this place out! It was so so good. It's not overly sweet, so easy to devour in one sitting and it tastes super refreshing Melo Melo is all about that coconut jelly pudding. They source quality ingredients to make and serve delicious, natural and healthful desserts. All items are prepared daily and they only use fresh fruits. When it comes to quality ingredients you can taste the difference. You get what you pay for here! They use freshly opened coconuts for its water and add milk to make a jelly/pudding dessert. The texture is a bit different from the typical jello or pudding. It's not super thick or dense but rather silky and smooth. Similar to taho, a popular Filipino dessert. Also, it comes in these cute glass jars that can be reused or recycled. I highly recommend checking out one of their various locations near you - San Gabriel, City of Industry, Rowland Heights, KTown, Westchester, Sawtelle, Irvine.

New Franchise serving guilt free dessert made from fresh coconut and other fruits is a place to visit at least once for the noble tasting new product that hit the market in Orange County likes of which I only saw one time when the very first Yogurt Land opened at the exactly same location approximately twenty years ago. This place is in an excellent location called Arbor Village Shopping Center! I definitely recommend trying the Taro, strawberry, and single flavored Melo Melo blend. The texture is very much like pudding or jello but the flavor is very good! I would try it. You will be surprised just how good they are.

Disclaimer: My review of this store is based on my experience visiting this store for their collaboration with Tears of Themis. That said, in short, the management of this store demonstrated severely poor planning for the collaboration event, and stock for Day 1 (out of 3) ran out three hours after opening at 11 AM. For anyone planning to participate in this collaboration event, or any other collaboration event in the future: you will likely have to arrive early enough and wait in line for multiple hours BEFORE the store even opens if you want to be able to buy collaboration stock -- management clearly cannot plan appropriately to make their daily stock last long enough into the day. Though they knew ahead of time that their collaboration stock was limited, they also lacked the foresight to implement a ticketing system to ensure people don't waste their time waiting in line for stock that will not be available by the time it's their turn to purchase. If stock runs out before it is your turn to purchase, you will have nothing to show for your time spent waiting in line -- if you still want the items from their "in-store surprise events," you will simply have to purchase other Melo Melo desserts instead, because you will be unable to participate at all UNLESS you make a purchase.By contrast, when Tears of Themis did a collaboration with Milk+T, though they also had limited stock, store management implemented a system to ensure that visitors would be able to eventually receive the giveaway items that were available with a purchase once initial stock ran out. They also did not require a purchase to be eligible to receive a postcard that was exclusive to the collaboration event. In comparison, the fact that Melo Melo requires a purchase to even get a postcard shows that the store is nickel-and-diming customers, and their overall complete lack of consideration for those whose time in line was ultimately wasted, is, in my opinion, extremely poor customer service.TL;DR don't bother giving your business to Melo Melo when they do a collaboration event with a franchise you're a fan of, not unless you're prepared to get to the store as early as 6 AM.

There's a variety of flavors, even a couple non-dairy options. The texture is a bit too loose for my liking, but still good flavors. Their packaging, including the carry out bags had great detail. Our group was admiring how pretty they were. The space is big inside with a lot of tables and chairs. They have a lot of space to accommodate many people in line. Employees are friendly. Located in a busy shopping center, so it can be tough to find parking.

I finally came to Melo Melo after years of hearing good things from socal friends. This location was super spacious, pink and cutely decorated with Melo Melo bags. There was no other customers at around 12:30 on a Wednesday, and at first we didn't even know if there were workers (they were hidden behind a massive wall of bags stacked up like a wall. They have free small cup samples of the coconut which was nice!-Mango Puree Coconut ($10): this was okay? I think because I'm familiar with Tong Sui, a similar place in the bay area I was expecting something like that but the coconut jelly at Melo Melo is really watery and not as rich as I expected. It also had a weird skin at the top, and overall kind of just felt like if coconut water had gelatin added and made into a jelly. The mango puree was good; pure mango flavor that helped with the lack of flavor the coconut itself had. Overall, super cute and aesthetic place, reallllly nice jars you get to keep, but not sure if I'd come back considering the price.

Yummy coconut pudding, a bit watery though. Would go more, but the price is so expensive, you can really only justify getting a dessert as expensive as a meal ($12.99) once in a blue moon.

I've recently discovered coconut pudding and it is so good. I like that this dessert is not too sweet and just enough to satisfy my sweet tooth. They have a lot of flavors that also change seasonally. However, my favorite is still the triple coconut that comes in an actual coconut. How cute is that? Parking can be a little tough since it is the same lot as other popular restaurants. However, the service here has always been fast and super friendly. I can't wait to stop by to pick up dessert again!

I wish I didn't love this place, but I'm totally addicted. It's so light and refreshing and not too sweet - the perfect palate cleanser after a meal. I've come to love the liquidy yet jiggly consistency. My favorite is the double coconut, but I'll gladly eat any of the flavors any day!It is pricey so I try not to make a habit of this place, but you get to keep the nice mason jar and the packaging is super cute and makes for a great hospitality offering. The nomnompaleo recipe is a pretty good dupe if you want to try to make it at home!
