The food is great, but the customer service for dine-in is subpar. Food took way too long to come out, around 40 minutes. Additionally, they do not provide the free bowl of rice with the Deluxe Nagoya Mazesoba for some odd reason when it is takeout. Overall, while the food quality is excellent and highly satisfying, the disappointing service and long wait time detracts from the overall experience.

Love to be here with my kids for the happy hours. Though I am not a fan for the fried chicken and noddles, kids like them.

We tried their new recipe Tantan noddle, which tastes pretty decent but still too oily for me. The waitress was very considerate, giving me a bowl of broth. So I could twist the dried noddle to a soup one.

I LOVE this place, this is the best mazesoba place I have found in Orange County! I usually get the deluxe mazesoba and it is very flavorful, the meat is good quality, and the noodles are thick and soft. The hanabi fries are very tasty and flavorful. I would recommend this place to all my friends

I tried the curry mazesoba and it truly exceeded my expectations. The flavors were rich and perfectly balanced. Before mixing everything together as recommended, I sampled each component on its own and loved how every ingredient brought something unique to the dish. I went here by myself for lunch the other day and then immediately came back the next day with my husband.

The balance of flavors in their deluxe nagoya mazesoba bowl ($19) is absolutely incredible - it contains a poached egg, ajitama, chashu, seaweed, minced pork, green onions, fish powder, and garlic over their thick noodles. the flavors are so balanced and everything mixed together creates the perfect bite - adding vinegar after savoring the richness for a while cuts the fatty goodness and makes not finishing the rest of your bowl impossible.

we also tried their potato croquettes and takoyaki, both delicious and light and crispy, and freshly made to order. The matcha was also very good and a lovely deep green, not too milky or too sweet, but didn’t taste like a mouthful of grass either.

No wait time when I went at 2:30pm on a Saturday. The atmosphere was nice a lot of people chatting inside. The staff was friendly. The food was good I got the deluxe and the hanabi fries which were bomb.

The food was good and I would go back for the matcha latte. For some reason one latte priced 6.49 on menu and another 5.00 and they are the same. Unfortunately there is no working soap dispenser in the bathroom and employees were using bathroom without soap and going back to work. I am lucky I didn't get a fecal-orally transmitted disease honestly. The soap dispenser needs to be fixed. It is a safety and health concern.

The mazemen here is pretty tasty.

I had lunch at Menya and it was so delightful. The portions are amazing and the food was impeccable. I ordered Deluxe Nagoya Mazesoba, I’m a huge fan of egg and pork. Having both ground and chashu along with a poached egg and soft boil was absolute heaven. I can’t wait to come back. I also got the cold tofu and Kyoto matcha IPA. Amazing meal
