Menya Sandaime is part of the food court in H Mart.I choose the Chashu Don (grilled pork belly on rice). They are a good size, with a smoky char but it was a little dry. I would have liked the fried egg to be runny so itwas a little disappointing. It comes with half of a marinated egg with a soft yellow yolk but okay in flavor. It also comes with a small bowl of miso soup, which I poured over rice and ate with Chashu, which helped with the dryness.Service could have been friendlier. It wasn’t too busy when I went so there was plenty of seating. Many restaurants to choose from, which makes it like a food hall. It was chill since it wasn’t busy. It did have a nice front decor.

Pork belly lunch was delicious, but it was a little salter for me. I still enjoyed it.

Excellent food, excellent service! The person behind the counter was super helpful and patient as I asked a lot of questions about their menu before ordering.

Food is delicious. The broth has an intense depth of flavor with a hint of smokiness. The vegetables in the ramen added a nice texture to the soup. While the pork is not tender enough, the ramen, soup, and the condiments made up for it. Honestly, the broth is so good, you don’t even need the pork in the ramen. The spicy miso is delicious. It is not on the menu, but you can request for it. Great service too.

Decent ramen. The char siu was soft and tender. You'll need to return your tray and bowls to the respective food stalls after you're done.

I really like the food of this ramen because it has a very rich flavor and the food is served very quickly and the price is affordable
We tried all 3 Bao Buns they have and we very happy with them. Fluffy buns and delicious fillings, the pork belly was my favorite!

I love this restaurant. The most favorite food I love is the fried chicken. It is crispy out side and juice inside. I am very surprised the price can such reasonable with the quality food like this.

Hidden gem Alert!! I live in Irvine and finding good ramen is not a surprise but this place went over the top! They make their own noodles and everything from scratch. It’s in the new H Mart food court, if want good authentic ramen I definitely recommend trying Menya Sandaime!
This is a review of the Chashu Don rice bowl. The pork belly is seasoned perfectly and has a buttery texture and the marinated egg is also delicious. Great place to enjoy a quick lunch, the food was very fresh
