I am really dissatisfied with Nekter's service, especially at their corporate office. I was so excited to do the cleanse, but unfortunately had very poor results. Halfway through the second day of this cleanse, I broke into a rash on my forearms. I scoured the website for warnings about side effects like this but found nothing. I called The corporate office the following morning and had to leave a message as, "all representatives were busy helping other customers". When I didn't receive a call back after six hours, I called again. This time Michelle answered and said, "oh, I got your message. I'm sorry I didn't call you back." I explained again about the rash. I've done other cleanses before without this result, I drank plenty of water, and followed the instructions to a T. She said it could be a "result of the toxins" but that she would look into it and call me back. After I didn't hear from them for another five hours, I called again. I was connected to the same person who didn't offer anything more than to repeat what she had already told me (which was very little). She spoke with zero empathy, said I should call my doctor, and left it at that. I've tried multiple times to call and reach a supervisor today, but I've only been able to leave a message and I have not received a return call. What if I got a bad batch? What if this is serious? Thankfully I don't think it is as I have no other symptoms. But even if I did, it doesn't seem like the people at Nekter care at all.

I love going here! This juice bar has been a hidden gem! I've been living here for years and only recently I've been coming. The customer service is sweet and kind and although items on the menu are pricy they are good quality! I highly recommend stopping by!

THIS PLACE IS DIRTY AND UNORGANIZED! Do not go here, you will wait 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge you and then be told you can’t pay because THEY DONT HAVE APPLE PAY. This is Irvine California, if you don’t have Apple Pay your store deserves to go out of business!

Smoothie was great and tasted good but I bought this little snack of hummus and pretzels and I didn't check the date or anything at first and then I bit into one of the pretzels and it was literally chewy and soft so I took a look at the date and saw that this expired in JUNE of 2023So disgusting how are u even selling stuff this expired. Service was fine no complaints just the expired snacks kinda grossed me out

This juice bar has huge smoothie bowls that are so filling! I only paid $10 for the smoothie bowl and I felt like it was so filling. It is a great price for the area! I definitely recommend it they use all fresh ingredients.
