Normally, I don’t eat noodles except PHO. My friend brought me here which was surprised me a lot. They use rice noodles, sliced beef, with the amazing spicy sour soup, i love it so much. As a simple meal, good to try.

I recently visited Noodology and was blown away by the authentic flavors and exceptional taste. The noodles were perfectly cooked, with just the right amount of chewiness. Each dish was bursting with the bold, spicy, and savory flavors that Sichuan cuisine is known for.

The highlight of my meal was the Hot Pot Noodles – the rich, nutty sauce combined with the heat of the Sichuan peppercorns...
