I get brown sugar milk without boba because it’s non-caffeinated. I do no sugar.
Yummy!
The boba is OK, but this place is filthy. The floors, the walls, the glass, literally everywhere you look there’s layers of grime. Won’t be back, only because of the sanitation issue.
My kids like the boba here but this place gives me major anxiety because the lobby is very dirty with hand prints everywhere. I don’t think they ever cleaned the lobby. I just want to Lysol wipe everything.
I have been here twice. I liked both of my orders. I had the Mango Green Tea with mango boba the first visit. I had One Zo Milk Tea with crystal boba my second visit. I will go back again.
Will not return to this boba place. Should’ve spent my money at a known and tried boba chain, like Happy Lemon or another local one. The cup was small.. (look at other reviewers photos- I didn’t get to take a picture) and I paid almost $7 for a regular milk tea with honey boba. They make their boba “fresh” in house, and it tasted really doughy and flavorless. They don’t use the traditional tapioca and said the black pearls are only for their brown sugar milk tea. The tea was bland and didn’t taste very good.
I mean this in the kindest way possible, but this is essentially Americanized super sweet watered down boba. They only offer black and green tea, no oolong or anything else, and the tea flavor is not strong. The matcha powder comes already sweetened so even choosing less sweet is very sweet. They dont offer traditional black tapioca in their latte drinks, only honey bubbles. To top it off, they have a bunch of crane games by the entrance with cute stuffed animals, but they are configured to basically steal your money and increase the store's revenue. Don't expect to win any prizes unless you spend enough money where you're basically buying it.
Not for people who enjoy boba, just a spot filler at the shopping center.
Pros: Boba is okay, it's fresh although not too flavorful.
Cons: This is my main issue with most boba shops in California. 95% of these places source their ingredients from the same distributor, packaged in different wrapping. They use highly processed commercial glucose as a sweetener, highly processed non-dairy product as a milk base, and tea concentrate from a factory that comes in frozen bags, then, and poured into a pitcher with water. Most Americans are used to consuming these chemically processed foods so they don't mind.
Unfortunately it's just not a good place to get a quality boba.
This place is one of the best Boba places I've ever been to. If your looking for good Boba This is the place to go to.
The quality is generally good, but the bobas put in my drink were hot at first and needed time to get to the right temp and consistency.
I ordered the mango smoothie, less sweet. I will try to order with no sugar next time to see if it’s at the sweetness level for me.

Very tasty. Prices are good too
good boba
Decided to check this place out and I'm so happy i did, it was so cute in here and the drink options were amazing. The drinks were so good and refreshing and the boba was made perfectly. They even had a cute claw machine and even a photo booth. This was a fun spot and definitely going back again. You can adjust a lot of things like sweetness, ice level, and toppings which i love and you order everything through the kiosk and it was very simple.
Super super cute spot in a nice area with a ton of walking and sitting space both indoor and outdoor
While my son was at Taekwondo, I stopped by One Zo Boba to try their Brown Sugar Milk Tea. The drink doesn't include pearls by default, so I added them to my order.
At $7.17 for the regular size, it's a bit pricey, but the pearls were soft and tasted good. Overall, it was a nice treat.
