“Overall good. I couldn't give 5 stars because I felt something weird. I ordered fried shrimp entry for my first entry which charges $1.25 I believe. I don't remember exact price for it but it charged extra. Anyways, they purposely take shrimps out of my tray. It means my first entry was filled only half way. And then she filled second entry with orange chicken and added more orange chicken on my first entry which was filled only half to fill the rest.Taste is good and I don't see difference with other panda express restaurants. I say I give 4.5 stars.I just want to give high rating for this restaurant because we have such restaurant in Irvine campus. I mean thanks for being here.“
“Jury was amazing! I was having a bad day and his joyful personality was so contagious. The store was clean. And the register girl was also very nice. But Jury asked how I was and if I wanted to wait for more chow mein. I was glad to wait since he seems to really love his job. Thank you Jury for your smile and joyful personality.“
“This is one of the best experiences I have ever had at Panda and I am a life long customer. We were helped by Jackie who was extremely friendly and professional, not to mention patient and poised with the difficult customers in front of us. She was very informative and up-sold the honey walnut shrimp in a very charming manner I will be driving out of my way to visit this location again because of her. Panda Express is lucky to have such an exemplary employee.“
“If you're looking for a place to get your beef fix and an extra dose of that "special" beef smell, look no further than Panda Express in Irvine! According to the reviews, this place is bad, but hey, at least the customer service is great. And let's not forget about the freshly-made orange chicken with the orange chicken sauce - it's so good, you'll forget all about that suspicious beef smell. Plus, the speed of service is so efficient, you'll be in and out faster than you can say "where's the beef?" So if you're in the mood for some questionable meat and a side of laughs, head on over to Panda Express in Irvine. Your taste buds (and your nose) might regret it, but your sense of humor will thank you.“
