Panda Express in Cerritos

“I've been at this location many times. (for a limited time, I was there every week) I have experienced a concern/problem .....
but they were always addressed in a professional and courteous manner by the staff and management.
The portion sizes were always generous,
The staff has kept me informed and provided options when a selected item was not available (I could wait a short time while the kitchen prepared the item or select a different item.)
Even when it's been busy during lunch, I always felt that The staff were attentive.“

Ordering via the app, I used the promo for a side of fried rice. The cheapest item I could find was an appetizer, of which I went with the cream cheese rangoons.

Having not had Panda Express in a good while, the fried rice brought me back to why Panda Express is my favorite fast food Chinese option. When ordering combos, I would usually go for broccoli beef, mushroom chicken, green bean chicken, and/or Beijing beef. On this occasion, the ample portion of fried rice was enough to satisfy my Panda Express fix. The cream cheese rangoons were fine. But, I only got them as the required purchase, not because I particularly wanted them.

Service was good. At the food pickup side, the cashier asked for my name & last four digits of my phone number, which reassured me in believing orders are made certain to be handed out to the right customer.

Panda Express is always a welcome meal option to me. They're consistent, they're hot & ready, and not heavy like a burger or pizza. Part of me is itching for Beijing beef and mushroom chicken, so I may be back, sooner rather than later.“
