Doing pickup is great - the counter staff are nice and attentive. Delivery is iffy. We just received our delivery late. The pizza was cold and one of the pizzas was wrong. Now, after calling them about it, they did rush over a properly made pizza with a different driver, so I appreciate that. But the new pizza at some point in the delivery was carried sideways, so all the cheese and toppings had slid to one side.

The staff was very rude. They didn’t treat us politely at all. To be specific, the man with long, braided hair treated us badly. The place wasn’t very clean, and even though we only ordered an olive pizza, they put peppers under the cheese.

arrived at 10 pm. there was only one woman named liz. very polite. This is my first time at Papa John's. she recommended pizza. and served very politely. very nice person. ?? Very good service
Don't get me wrong. Papa Johns is my fav pizza spot. Excellent ingredients but the price and the repeated delays make me reconsider eating there again.

Terrible experience! Food was not what we ordered and when I requested a refund, I was given a terrible attitude and refund refused. In addition, my wife and I got sick from the pizza. We will be filing a complaint with the health department. Do not give your business to this terrible establishment.
