Terrible attitude. 11.01 2:30 pm I came to place an order, and the employee rudely said, “Why didn’t you order online?” I explained that I don’t have the app. Then she replied that she was busy and would come to me in a few minutes. I waited a few minutes, placed my order, and she told me to wait 15–20 minutes. If someone hates their job that much, they shouldn’t work with customers.

How is it that you say you're open to deliver until 1am but you don't let anyone order delivery at 11:40pm. And then, when you call, instead of calling the store you talk to an automated robot call center to deliver a pizza like you're talking to an insurance adjuster and you have to talk to someone in a god foresaken call center just to try to order a pizza. Ridiculous

I usually enjoy Papa John’s pizza, but this location was disappointing. They had paper coupons displayed on their counter, but when I tried to use one, they told me it was “online only”—even though the coupon didn’t mention any such restriction. When I pointed that out, they just said, “That’s how we do things here.” Also, their credit card machine is set up in a way that subtly pressures you to leave a tip for a simple takeout order (just one pizza). Not the best customer experience.

Doing pickup is great - the counter staff are nice and attentive. Delivery is iffy. We just received our delivery late. The pizza was cold and one of the pizzas was wrong. Now, after calling them about it, they did rush over a properly made pizza with a different driver, so I appreciate that. But the new pizza at some point in the delivery was carried sideways, so all the cheese and toppings had slid to one side.

The staff was very rude. They didn’t treat us politely at all. To be specific, the man with long, braided hair treated us badly. The place wasn’t very clean, and even though we only ordered an olive pizza, they put peppers under the cheese.
