We had early dinner reservations but decided to sit in the bar area to take advantage of the happy hour menu. Great food, great service and best of all, a great value. Paul Martin's Happy Hour is definitely a “hidden” gem.
I read many reviews and was anxious to go to Paul Martin's. But now I think the reviews were based upon those that review fast food and stadium food. The ribeye was not prime by any such measure. They didn't have a bottle of wine shown on the menu, so they should alert the quests when they sit down. Always enjoy dining at Paul Martin's. Food is top quality and servers are at the table when needed. However, more recently, the noise level has become almost excessive as the music is played at too loudly. The choice of music is good, but it's hard to relax and enjoy a meal in such a loud environment.
