Ordered takeout and was genuinely disappointed with the delivery of my order. I was trying to find the reason why small burger was placed in the big container and then turned sideways to fit the bag. Still guessing…Also my burger was cut in half, which made it fall apart even faster. Please see the picture below. Also I noticed that portions are getting smaller including cheesecake slices. I hope this review would help to make some adjustments to the to go service.
I came to the Cheesecake Factory for the second time and I have to say, they really know how to make a delicious burger! I ordered the Old Fashion Hamburger with a side salad and my husband ordered the Americano burger with fries. Both dishes were fantastic.The Old Fashion Hamburger was juicy and incredibly tasty, and the salad was fresh and light.
