After we ordered the food it took 40 min and the food was cool they didn’t give us bread until we where almost done eating the cold food server never ask us if we wanted refill of ice tea all in all it was unsatisfactory to me after I paid $90Parking: Just over crowded

They have closed the Cheesecake Factory in fashion island so we went to the one in Irvine spectrum which surprisingly sat us down promptly on their heated outdoor patio. Our server was nice and arrived promptly with a basket of their famous breads. The menu is the famous book. I tried the tomato and basil pasta that comes with grilled chicken. The taste was ok but the pasta was over cooked and there was about maybe 4 oz chicken on it. So kinda disappointing. My son enjoyed his chicken and steak combo.

This was our first time for a cheesecake factory for a long time. The food wasn't really what we expected but still tasty. The location where our booth was is a bit too dark for us. If we go next time we will ask the seats close to the Windows.

I love Cheesecake Factory but highly disappointed in what they did to the jambalaya. The seasoning was very bland and they don’t put sausage in anymore which is a huge mistake and almost offensive. There was no spice or anything. To call that Jambalaya is just shameful. The waitress was amazing tho. And it’s always a great time when you go. Just the Jambalaya was my favorite dish and was ruined unfortunately.
Went there for drinks while we waited for reservation at another restaurant.
