I always get coffee here, most times is good. But at times I notice they dont’ heat the milk to good temp even when mentioned extra hot. Cappuccino & hot chocolate tasted horrible. Hope they train their staff to maintain quality.

Btw I put no straw on my order for a reason . I put this every time please don’t put a straw out for me . Does someone not read this ?? I’m trying to save environment plus I have a cup with a straw in it that I transfer drink to this is really a pet peeve . Please listen to customers with their requests like this .
