Food was good! Service was not! Not only were they inattentive but when it came time to pay the bill they kept me waiting despite it being my turn and having my little girl asleep in my arms. The cashier kept taking other customers of Vietnamese ethnicity ahead of me. He literally looked around me and waved for them to come infront of me to pay. Maybe they were his family members or favorite customers who knows all I know is that I will not be going back there.

Great atmosphere, the servers were incredibly polite and respectful.
I tried the brisket pho and it was good; I just needed to add a little bit of salt.
The chili oil was great! It had a very good flavor depth to it.

Very bad customer service, like VERY BAD :( did not like the place and would NOT recommend going there to have good time. When I arrived nobody met me, I had to wait for someone to notice me. When I sat on the table the waitress started taking my order right AFTER I even opened the menu. Three different waiters were asking me if I was ready to order although I barely started browsing menu and instead of helping me out with menu they were just leaving. They would interrupt my personal space by approaching too close to me. The waiter man was standing and just staring at me while I was looking at menu, I felt like I needed to rush to order something. I asked waiter questions about menu but the answers were just “yes/no”. When I ordered spring rolls (there are different types of them), he just take out my menu from my hands without asking if I wanted anything else and did not ask for clarification. I did not had to wait long for my food, it came out fast. I thought that food would be good at least but it disappointed me even more. The rice combination I ordered was not good, it was half burned and not tasty AT ALL. Spring roll looked good but it was not as good as it looks like, just dry roll stuffed with little shrimps and a LOT of veggies that are just dry. You have to pay at the cashier, so when I went to pay, the cashier just told me the price “$30” without giving me my check. I asked for check and he barely gave it to me, and he asked at the end “good?”. 30 dollars for the awful food, terrible service, and bad atmosphere. I gave him 31, but he did not even gave me change, I guess he assumed that it was a tip, but clearly it wasn’t. Cashier remained quiet, and gave a tip to himself without my permission. BAD BAD BAD BAD, DONT GO THERE

Please avoid this spot now. Typically this place has been decent until recent. We usually walk here but as of yesterday, we're willing to drive elsewhere due to value...3 small slices of steak in all of pho? Not cool. Thank you

Overall Experience here at Pho Hanoi was not very enjoyable. Well deserving of its 2 star rating towards its Name
- I would have to say service was around 2 stars stating out with a slow wait and the waitress was not super helpful
- Atmosphere was around 3 stars with decent deco around.
- And the most important part The actual food was VERY disappointing… The basic normal Large pho was not that good at all and not deserving of its expensive 16.50 Large price tag…
OVERALL I would not recommend coming here if you want some good Pho or a good lunch option.
As a pho fan,I do think it’s on same level with the famous Pho 79 in Garden Grove.
The service is slow, unfriendly, and inattentive. I had to work hard to get the waitress’ attention to place a dine-in order for three people when the restaurant was empty except for one other table. The menu selection offers a good variety and the food quality is okay. I wouldn’t go back.

This restaurant is really bad. The food is not tasty. You have to pay at the front desk by yourself. They don't give you a receipt. Please note that no matter how much you pay, they won't give you change back.

I haven’t been here in more than 10 years and the food is still incredibly good. I highly recommend the fillet with rice and salad. The spring rolls are incredibly delicious as well. Enjoy!

First time at this location absolutely delicious food fresh and worth the wild one thing I didnt like is the service once ordered they rush all the food to you at once didnt even give us time to finish appetizers or anything by the time we got all of our food the table was stuffed they could have slowed down just a little give us like 5 minutes in between that's my only complaint other then that all good highly recommend

Of all the pho places I've tried in OC so far (including Michelin rated places) this is the one I keep coming back to the most. Their broth has the very distinct flavors of traditional Vietnamese spices, some days even overwhelmingly so, but it feels so healthy. Their noodles have a great bouncy chewiness that us Asians love, and it's not powdery feeling or rock hard like some other places can be. They do a great job skimming the fat oils from the broth to a perfect ratio where there's still tons of flavor but light enough that you can drink it forever and not feel gross. The meat and toppings all feel pretty standard but I absolutely love the broth and noodles here. My service experience has always been fast and friendly as well.
