The matcha lattes are not great. It is not the baristas; it is the quality of the matcha and the quantity used. The matcha lattes taste like milk, and for $7/8., it is just not worth it. I only get them from Press and Moka in a pinch. It would be nice to have a great quality matcha latte close to your workplace.

Nice place, our granddaughter was very happy with her cap of chicken soup, it was rich and tasty. Cafe is clean and beautiful inside and has chairs and tables outside. Good place for lunch near Irvine Art Museum.

I come here often and have not been disappointed. Great food and coffee and there’s plenty of seating indoors and outdoors for when the weather is nice. Every table inside is near an outlet and the wifi works great. Perfect place to get work done or just enjoy the food and drinks. I especially want to shout out Anastasia who works there and does a wonderful job at making everyone feel welcome and takes the time to give her personal touch to her favorite drinks! She definitely knows what she’s doing and does it well! Parking is also validated for 2 hrs which is awesome!

Living in Orange County, you know there are hundreds of coffee shops, but this one is a must-try! This local gem offers wonderful indoor and outdoor seating, and the staff is incredibly kind. Anastasia gave me an amazing recommendation, and I highly recommend the S’more Biscoff Latte! The team truly goes above and beyond, and both the food (especially the crepes) and the drinks were absolutely delicious. Highly recommend!!

Big fan of Press & Moka! The menu is so creative, I love all their seasonal drinks and the food is SO good! The sandwiches, crepes and my personal fav - the banana bread… you really can’t go wrong. Always a joy to come in and visit - all the baristas are super welcoming and the manager Anastasia really creates an incredible environment to walk into. All around a great place to study or meet someone and chat over coffee & a treat.

I used to come here a lot . But lately the quality of food and coffee became so bad. Also they used to have very clean and neat patio but lately it is such a mess and so dusty . I don’t think I will come back again . Specially their prices are not cheap so I prefer to go somewhere with cleaner environment

My boyfriend and I came here on a Sunday and the espresso drinks weren't good. I got a cortado and he got a cappuccino, and both were watery without much flavor. I also got a beignet that tasted mostly like a stale donut hole. The outdoor seating was really nice though!
I like coffee that’s less acidic, and this place had exactly the taste I was looking for. The interior was cute and pretty, and the staff were very kind, carefully taking care of the parking validation. The outdoor area was also very convenient, and I loved being able to enjoy a cup of coffee early in the morning while listening to the sound of the water.

Always an amazing time here! Drinks are wonderful! I normally get a matcha or the cinnamon latte. The chicken sandwich is a usual for me too. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Plus I love bringing my son to play around the amenities nearby and go inside the museum located in the same lot.
