This is not about the products, but I want to leave a negative review about the staff. The service is very slow. We waited more than half an hour for three drinks. While preparing our drinks, they started working on someone else’s order. They need faster and more staff. I don’t think I’ll come back because my time is more valuable.

Usually a good product but often inconsistent in serving size and temperature (runny vs solid). Staff is really hit & miss. I think they need to hire better quality people who are more customer service forward and smarter, and more outgoing. Usually the staff is fringe and lacks much personality. And they glare at you if you don’t leave a tip on your takeout counter order, which is absurd and ridiculous to ask for such a tip in the first place. Every time I order a freeze, it comes out a different size. Lack of consistency is truly a problem here. I think the prices are expensive for what you get, but I do like the taste.

Good quality, but the juices are not freshly made so I couldn’t make my own which prevented a lot of choices. The ingredients are not explicitly specified. For instance, I got energy bowl and I was surprised to taste cinnamon within the granola which is not mentioned! As a pregnant lady, I shouldn’t get that!
I wish there is more care from the top management to such kind of stuff, it is super important and your target segment would mostly be people who are highly aware about their health so the least you can do, is to do the same from your end.
As a customer, If you have a health condition, ensure that you articulate this point.

Great healthy place to have a late Sunday evening snack. Everything they serve is healthy, no added sugar. Tons of healthy toppings. Try their power bowls & beauty bowls. I like to add extra bee pollena and goji fruit on my Protein bowl.

Pressed employee had the nerve to ask for a tip after I walked over to the cooler, grabbed a pre bottled drink myself, and had to flag her down to check out.
The store should be self service / honors system at this point because every time I go in I have to do the Olympics to get someone to ring me up

I ordered an açaí bowl delivered and it was completely melted like it had been sitting all day. All of the fruit was at the bottom of the bowl. It looked like it had been opened. It was disgusting.

Very unfriendly attendant. I love their frozen yogurt, but I'm not happy with this location. I like the one in Fashion Island better because of the service; Even with the smaller place to sit

Got here on a Sunday early evening not too many people waiting. Ordered the acai bowls (original and super food) it came fast. There are good amount of fruits however the acai underneath was a bit runny, not frozen enough. (no it was not a hot day). A little disappointed since I was looking forward to the Acai itself.

The people that work here don't take food allergies or cross contamination seriously. I asked the girl named Ruth 3 times if there was banna in or touching anything in the juice I wanted and she proceeded to confirm all three times that no there wasn't any banana in it. I ended up having an allergic reaction and ended up in urgent care. I looked up the ingredients list for the drink and the first thing on the list was BANANA!!! It was brought to their attention and the managers shrugged it off. If you have a food allergy DON'T GO TO PRESSED!
