Original bubble waffle was so great. They had me wait but at least they took their time. Service was quality. Appreciate the fact that my waffle was still warm. May return for a drink

There honeydew stormy is da bomb! Not many places carry honeydew , so was excited to get the stormy which is ice blended and perfect on a hot day! Love that they have such a diverse menu , I want to try their mangonado next time. Pro tip theyare inside Zion market so you can get some grocery shopping done and your boba cravings fulfilled!Kid-friendliness: Have ice blended slushes for kids

I've been really tryin', babyTryin' to hold back this feeling for so longAnd if you feel like I feel, babyThen, c'mon, oh, c'mon, whoaLet's get some Boba...My mind's telling me NO but my boba craving is telling me yes. I'm not trying to hurt no one. But there's something I must confess...Okay we get the point this is R&B Tea so you know it probably smacks like R Kelly. Or was it Chris Brown or Will Smith... No cap. I was in the plaza but didn't want boba square and I saw a new milk tea spot in the Zion market. I was worried because the odds of having bad bubble tea is very high in Irvine. As someone who just wants good tea and not food coloring/ powder, sugar, ice, milk, and some tea extract. No blending need give me the OG tea without with out milk and no bubbles. This place was surprisingly good. $5 for a decent large size drink was great. Sad to say but $5 is actually less expensive than most places. Before you come at me I don't live in a ghetto city populated with Asians so take back you comments and thoughts. The tea was good and it is probably in my top 5 for Irvine and it's in super market so it's convenient. You just need to walk past the impatient looking security guard that needs to chill and across from the hot food and kimchi section. If you know you know.I will be back next time to try some other drinks.

Got the mango yakult with bobaBoba texture was okay but zero flavor (add sugar or honey when boiling boba)Drink was (add some kind of fresh pop to drinks)No cash, guess thats an upside when running your numbers. At this rate, this boba shop won't last 2 years. There's potential, but need drinks and boba to stand out

Super yummy, I love their matcha latte which has a rich bold taste that I come to expect from premium grade Matcha! They make some seriously good drinks, highly recommend!

New boba spot in Irvine!! I was super excited to try this place, inside Zion Market! We got the matcha stormy, taro stormy, and kumquat lemon tea. The taro stormy was probably my favorite, and was just right at 70% sweet. I got the matcha stormy at 70% sweet as well but would have probably preferred 100% if I were to get it again. They have a pretty extensive menu so I'm excited to try more of their drinks, and I'm happy that the location to pretty close for me.

Had to try the newly opened bubble tea place. I had the Hawaiian fruit tea and it tasted of fresh OJ and brewed tea. Not too sweet and hits perfectly on a warm sunny day. I will be back for the bubble waffle to try. Highly recommend grabbing a drink and shopping around.

I visited R&B Tea two days in a row for their soft opening. They advertised BOGO online, but it was actually 50% all drinks when I arrived both days. This was a good deal to try a variety of their drinks!1. Kumquat Lemon Ice Tea ($5.60) - very refreshing! It is rare to find places that offer Kumquat Lemon so I am happy that they offer it here at R&B and it is really good! 2. Mango Story ($6) - this is like the Cantonese mango sago dessert, but without the sago and it is in a slushy/smoothie form. They also put the cheese foam in here, which I love because it adds a hint of salty/creaminess to it. I really liked this one and saw that many people ordered it as well.3. Cream Series Assam Black Tea ($5.50). Their cheese cream pairs well with the Assam Black tea. I can taste the black tea, but it's not the strongest tea flavor. I also ordered Hawaiian Fruit Green Tea ($5.80) and Roasted Oolong Milk Tea ($5.60) without ice and stored it in the fridge for another day, so I can't report on how those are. So far, my favorites are the Mango Stormy and Kumquat Lemon Ice Tea!Drink prices are comparable to other boba shops in Irvine. However, some drinks are a bit high for example, the fruit and milk teas. For that, i took a star away. Overall, I would come back especially if I'm craving for the Kumquat Lemon! This place is located inside Zion Market in the food court section. They are right next to where Furai and Gooyi Chicken used to be.
