This is a takeout coffee counter. The Nutella Latte is delicious (especially when you dip their banana bread into it - trust, it’s YUM), as is the slightly spicy Herb & Toma Cheese Bun (but don’t dip it). There’s no hot food, but their ample bakery options all look tasty. Nestled in the courtyard of a business park, they’re the only visible option for a quick bite in the area. Plenty of shaded tables and chairs make for a lovely respite from the work day in a garden setting dotted with olive trees and succulents. I enjoyed a late morning snack while I waited for my mom who had a session at nearby Orange County Physical Therapy (new location as of 2024).
Vegetarian options: There is no hot food, but their ample bakery options all look tasty.

Super cool venue but I don't they didn't open at 7:00am as posted. I'm not sure what time they actually opened because I had to go somewhere else to get my desperately needed coffee.

This Reborn is a small coffee stand in the middle of the Intersect courtyard so there's plenty of space around to sit, study, mingle, etc. There's a lot closeby for paid parking, but it can be validated through Hangar 24 craft brewing.Ordered a strawberry matcha latte and it was very good! I feel that a lot of places don't do strawberry matcha too well because the flavors don't always mix when disproportionate, but this was perfect. The atmosphere is nice and the workers are quick with the orders.
